I had the same email today. I replied to them saying I am already a member of AMZ Reviews and am happy to cancel the orders as long as their offer of sending them out in exchange for honest unbiased reviews is genuine. I cancelled my orders afterwards and added this message to each of the cancellations:
'On request of the seller due to a technical error on their part I have been asked to cancel this and all the other orders from them. In return they have offered to send the products to me for free through AMZ Reviews to test in return for honest unbiased reviews which I am happy to do. I trust this is a genuine offer and will be forced to make an official complaint if it is just a way to get the orders cancelled.'
The orders were never going to be fulfilled so we were never going to receive these items for free that way. I have no problem writing reviews in exchange for products so am happy to accept this offer.0 -

Just to confirm I received 3 parcels on the 12th and was invoiced the value of £19.97 and not £0.00. As of yet NO money has been taken from my account. Which was basically the company's response. "Has any money been taken from your account?" So I think they are aware they would be in the wrong now if any money did leave my account.
Amazon will remain a company I do not trust.
Best wishes everyone.0 -

You didn't order from amazon though, you ordered from Skin prep,0 -

Your comment is irrelevant. To any person on this forum it is blindingly obvious I ordered from Skin Prep. I do not trust Amazon I didn't mention Skin Prep in that sentence. If I had said I do not like Marmite would you have said " You didn't order from Marmite"?glentoran99 wrote: »You didn't order from amazon though, you ordered from Skin prep,
