£2.99 Item Subtotal: £2.99 Postage & Packing: £0.00 Total: £2.99 Paid by Visa: £2.99
Received this one today. No reply from Amazon yet. Wish I had taken screen prints of my orders as I know I was not paying anything for the items. Such a shame a company has to do business this way ,so underhanded and dishonest. Not to mention Skinpep :j0 -
I think it looks like the code has not been accepted and the full price for the item has been paid.

Really ?
If you had applied for these products, you should have received an em confirming the order from Amazon, so why have you not kept the email ? The em would also have confirmed the £0 cost.
I would not delete any email until I received the product. Interested to see what Amazon say but I don't hold out much hope that you will get a successful outcome.
As I said before, I think that you made mistakes when ordering the products (for example I don't know why you received them yesterday, when most people will not get them until tomorrow at the earliest ?).
You have obviously made mistakes as well with ordering other products as you have stated in a previous post that you have been charged over £10 (can't be bothered to find the exact figure as your credibility is very low IMHO).
You also had a cheek to question my compassion in a previous response post (again can't be bothered to check your exact words).0 -

Thank you for the people who are genuinely concerned about a fraudulent seller.
I will inform this thread when I am refunded.
I will no longer be engaging with this Troll Stephenliverpool1.0 -

Did you get a confirmation email, if it shows a zero there just contact your card issuer, they will dispute it with Amazon and refund you.0 -

Mmmmm......I am not sure he will do that as I don't think he has confirmation emails showing a zero balance invoice. I still think it is strange that he has received his products on Monday 11/1/14. Nobody else have advised that they have received anything from Skinprep yet and my order emails states a delivery date of between 14/1/2015 to 18/1/2015.0 -

On my order history it states arriving 12 -14 January but order status is still at preparing for dispatch.
I ordered the same product and have received an email from Amazon this morning notifying me that my order has been cancelled. The 50p has been returned to my account gift card balance as it was auto deducted from there.0 -
Some of you people have appalling attitude. I hope one day through an error, you will lose your own money and wait for people to be honest to give it back.
Nobody has lost any money: the codes made the items (nearly all of them) cost nothing so no loss to the buyer and this company have not sent any of us any of the orders so they have not lost any money. All they have lost as another poster said is their newfound fake number 1 best seller status - and possibly a bit of pride at making such a stupid mistake.0 -
Do you know what would be funny?
If they ended up charging you all the full price because you weren't entitled to use those vouchers. Not sure if that is legal, but they can certainly give you a load of hassle to deal with :rotfl:
I will not be partaking in this 'offer' because I am not entitled to use such a code.
There's nothing funny about the situation from either buyer or seller point of view. Strange sense of humour...
Other free codes on Amazon have worked and been honoured in the past so to suggest we are doing something wrong is out of order. Amazon have confirmed the company cannot charge you after the fact for an order already placed: it would certainly be illegal and they wouldn't have a leg to stand on. All the company have done is make an error that has in all likelihood ended them as a viable company. Not *our* fault or problem at all.0 -
we are very sorry for the bad experience you have had, we know that all you wanted to do was trial our products, there is no way any amazon seller has the ability to charge anyone for an shipped order. amazon sellers can not order on your behalf and have no access to your card all we can do is ship, cancel or refund but cancellations must be at the buyers official request. Please Note: we will definitely accept you on AMZ reviews web site, i will personally add all our products to amz after we clear the backlog of unshipped mistake orders. All you will have to do is register with your amazon id on the amz reviews uk web site and on monday next week you will see our whole entire catalogue up for review, We will definitely accept you. Please reply to this message if you are not accepted next week. The order will be free and shipped next day and will be a full size bottle/ tube or pack and we will want you to use the product/s for a full 2 weeks before giving the review so that you can experience the real clinically proven anti aging/resurfacing balancing effect.
We have had a really bad situation here, (as explained in the original mail we sent you) we had over 3000 orders in one day for over £30'000 worth of stock and we don't actually have that much in stock because we do the shipping not amazon and the product inventory was entered by an administrator who just put each item as 1000 for the stock listing. We are now getting messages from amazon to ship the stock or our matrix will get ruined because they will think that we don't ship goods on time. The problem is that 90% of the customers are refusing to cancel the orders and we don't have enough stock to ship all of them. Now that we have started to cancel some of the orders without an official cancellation request from the buyer we are getting negative feedback despite the fact that we did not charge a penny and have actually offered everyone the chance to get the products for free in return for honest reviews. If more of your orders are cancelled please do not get upset please just send a message here to confirm that you did receive my message and that i have said that 100% you will be accepted to trial our products.
I will start to add the products to Amz reviews tomorrow so as soon as you see them please put your name. We will put the whole catalogue and we will also add another 60 new products to amazon in the coming weeks including our PRO-LIFT AND PRO-CLEAN DEVICES. Every customer who gives professional, honest unbiased reviews will get the chance to review everything we currently sell.
You can see that most of the SkinPep products have 5 star reviews already and we have been in aesthetic beauty business for years and have clinical trials with uv analysis on all SkinPep products so we know our products are amazing and will get excellent feedback if used as directed.
Thank you so much for taking the time and having the patients and understanding to actually send us a cancellation request message rather than trying to get revenge and giving us a bad review dispute the fact that we have not charged a single person a penny for any goods that were ordered during the technical error period. We have lost all our previous number 1 seller ranking and our shipping matrix is so low that we are at risk of getting banned from amazon due to the thousands of late unshipped orders. We did not plan this and are a victim as much as you. I hope you can give us a chance to make this right and trial our products through the official amazon verified reviews system. It costs you nothing to send the cancellation request and we will offering all those who do have some compassion and understand that human error is part of life the exact same products for free that they asked for.
Warm regards

They say I sent them a cancellation request, I didn't do anything of the sort0
