Yes they are.
'We do not intended to charge your amazon payment card without your consent so please make a request to cancel the order/s you have placed on the 10th of January. SkinPep products are not fulfilled by amazon, we pay royal mail top ship the products with tracked 1-2 days shipping therefore the order/s that you placed on the 10th of January cannot be shipped until they have been paid for. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR THIS/THESE ORDER/S AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL IT/THEM PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW'
It is not the customers mistake, the onus should not be on the customer to cancel (which as I've mentioned, you cannot do anyway)Mortgage received 21/12/2018
Mortgage at start - £261,980
Current mortgage - £260,276
Saving towards a loft conversion first, then to smash the mortgage down!0 -

you must be reading something different than me
'We do not intended to charge your amazon payment card"
"orders that you placed on the 10th of January cannot be shipped until they have been paid for"
But yes your right they should cancel, and not be asking the customer too, but in no way to I see that as threatening to charge, they are saying they wont send it unless you pay0 -
But if you look a few posts back somebody has claimed they HAVE been charged0

It's definitely ambiguously (and badly) worded.
'If you do not wish to pay' to me implies that it's on the customer to cancel or they may be chargedMortgage received 21/12/2018

Yep Jon Blackburn was the MSE user. He has complained to Amazon with regards being charged and I trust he will post back as soon as he gets a response.
The selling company has a website as well with a 020 phone number so I suggest people contact them as well to complain if they are charged.
As I have said before, I will not be cancelling any of my orders.0 -

he hasn't came back to clarify what he was charged for, as said not all the coupons were free and not all delivery options either0 -
He has stated that he has checked his orders and they all have shown he should have been charged £0.00 including free postage.0
