Looks like snowboots for tomorrow

No snow here. The highland and mountains have had some, the boys got dledges over a year ago and are still waiting to use them, though how wet it is ds2 said they could go down our hilly land without snow :rotfl:

In fact, not much comparable on that shop vs all the competitors (obviously different items for different ones) but there is this vs T:

    2x ASDA Cocktail Sausages (680G) £6.00 £4.41:think:

This is not an mbuy price, yet the system is 'clever' enough to have the fractional price for one as it is not divisible by two. It's comparing to T's 616g at £2 with weight adjustment - wonder whether the penny would round down if only one was bought? It should, IMO, as otherwise they may not be 'at least' 10% cheaper, however under the 'new' system it seems, at least sometimes, it does not. It rounds the competitor price up instead! I don't know on this one, but I suspect £3 vs £2.21 (even though £2.20779...). Therefore, two may be better:rotfl:. Probably expensive price for cocktail sausages anyway:rotfl::rotfl: (especially if buying an extra pack just for a 1p difference on the APG compared to buying one)!

    Zzzzzzzzzzz.......

:oYes, thank you for that mhoc!:T:rotfl::rotfl:

I think 20 might last - I've had four packs of 6 each lasting for quite a while before (those 'Jazz' ones that were glitched - now, they were a good price:D). I don't think you really need to buy all packs at once though - the Super6 with them has only just started, so maybe only need to get an extra apples pack, in case nowhere else is then on offer, right at the end of the current Super6 in a couple of weeks?

Middle of the week should be fine - T's offer on Sweet Tangy was due to continue for another week last week - so no rush back then - and they seem to be having one 69p pack each week and moving from one to another once one of their offers ends. Oranges in Aldi (also at 59p) may be good at the moment too. You only need one pack for the week!

EDIT: If you're getting through 20 apples a week:eek: - sorry I was just seeing my own position:o:rotfl: - I need different packs of different types of apples, not all the same - I believe having two of the same one does not count as another one of your five a day? - to last me through the week - but 20 apples - the packs should all last at least a week (if kept in the fridge)! You'll be fine, if buying 20 apples, to have them all last a week IMO.

2 or 3 a day yes works out about 20 a week so you can see my angst when I cant get the right varieties of the right degree of crispness, not too big and the right price :rotfl:
Then if all else fails I shift to eating pears - the main problem with pears is their bullet like nature that takes them weeks to ripen up.

and yes sadly 2 or 3 apples are still only one of the 5 a day or is it 7,8 or 9 a day now as the their powers that be keep changing their minds.

apple munching at the desk or late night apple munching stops me eating other things I should not have - crisps and cake etc

Good Morning. Had to read back a long way to find out about cheese :) I'm a bit slow and therefore slightly confused, realise it's not a dead cert, but should this work inshore today vs M?

    Thanks

Worked for me a couple of hours ago vM. Problem was I bought 4 and the dozy SA scanned 5 (5th compared £2/£3!) To make it worse she only scanned 3 Blackjacks so I paid well over £1 instead of 34p for 5 packs of sweets:(
Didn't notice until I got home but wouldn't have gone to CS as I paid £25 shop with £24 worth (5) APG's.:o
Got 6 wombles but none any good, 24p and 35p only so not worth printing:(
Didn't try the Turkey Mince as I forgot who they compared against:mad:

    A v M

Easter 2 for £1 not on comparison

    daffs comparing

I can't see any Easter product for staring there - maybe one of them is there and I'm not spending enough time trying to look for it? (:o that me of all people would miss it and not immediately be able to see it if it is there) - but is it that they are a complete no-show and therefore no glitch? TIA.

Daffs comparing - like they should:D:T.

I don't think it's M anymore so you have saved there!:)

I've had shops like that - especially in the trying to sort out several APG vouchers, the other things get missed (or wrong numbers scanned/mis-scanned). It's always a neuro-typical checkout assistant that scans something incorrectly (or not at all) - an autistic person would never get things wrong like that! Then again, we might be going :(ever so slow:mad: (I exaggerate - I, for example, probably could go quite fast - or at least at reasonable speed - and never not notice I'd not scanned something properly - I'd be correcting every time) but we would get it totally right - as I say, we notice when we make a mistake (and then correct it) whereas most people, it seems, don't (especially if they are chatting to others, their eyes in full right contact, people generally innately attracted to other people, and therefore distracted from what they should be doing:().

Unfortunately I don't always notice (other people's mistakes - it nearly always is!) until I get home:( - which is due to the extra time taken to see that things are correct and I just don't get round to it due to dealing with other things more fully (that's the executive functioning disability again) - saying that, I must go out to pick someone up as I'm delaying by being on here and trying to get posts more accurate again! See you later (via A for some more wombles)!
