Yes they will do screenshots for you on the phone - as I said, when I called and explained I hadn't shown the date on mine (and didn't know how to at that point!) the lady filled out a new form and took screenshots and attached them, so I didn't have to.

I've submitted a hotel one today, as found it much cheaper elsewhere, so am waiting to hear back.

Work was good, thanks to everyone that wished me luck. Got a new line manager, he was extremely supportive. HR lady popped over and also was lovely. When I went back last year I had quite a hard time, those people have now left, and HR lady aware of it and wants to make very sure it doesn't happen this time. I don't think it will though. Anyway, was a dry day thank goodness, although did take a change of clothes just in case!!
