Morning folks
Me and MG are going into town today to look for a dress for me for the wedding - he's like "why do I need to go with you?" Um it might be something to do with you've got your suit sorted and know the *exact* colour I need to be looking for lol. He just hates shopping. I'll drag him around a few other shops while we're there :cool:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. The only appt you can get on the day at our dr is with the nurse practioner. Otherwise you have to wait anything between 10 days and 3 weeks. I have been having problems with arm pain at night for about 3 months. I went to the nurse who suggested it was my neck out of line and to get new pillows. Seem to help for a while. Went back in dec and had blood tests which were clear and dr suggested topical pain gel. So I made an appt just after xmas for last Monday before work. Day before appt was cancelled and I was offered one last Thursday with a locum. I took an hour off work ( for which I lose money) and my appt was 50 minutes late!
Dr was a young woman who was clueless and she suggested polymalgia but it might be muscular. She then said I should have had my thryoid levels checked but wait till I have another blood test in the future.
I think I damaged my rotator cuff doing kettlebells in October last year so she finally said what did I want to do. So I am booked for Physio but am tempted to make another appt to see someone else.0 -
Been a trigger for a bit but some stores have them priced without being in the multibuy and i took the gamble it'd work and it didn't.Savvybuyer wrote: »So an odd number of cheeses bought in total.
Vintage Cheddar shouldn't have been bought I feel, although the Extra Mature should not be £4 individual price for M, it should be £3 and 2 for £4. If two of it picks up the 2 for £4 for M however, then it wouldn't matter.
So, Chupa Shootz and Blackjacks work after all.:T May be some As and not others however as some seem not to have the Shootz in the mbuy anymore. Is this a supermarket vs superstore thing?
I shall not go to the trouble of putting the Shootz back onto the list, having removed them before when I was told this didn't work (in a shop where the store it seems didn't have the Shootz on the mbuy) - we know the Blackjacks work (at this very moment) and that the Shootz are a hidden trigger (where they are on the mbuy in the store shopped in).
I like the Blackjacks:D:
Candyland Black Jack Chews (36g)
39p any 5 for £1.00
£1.08 / 55.6p / 100g

It does get a bit ridiculous, it almost seems worth making an appointment every couple of weeks in case you get ill.
When I had pneumonia my DD got on the phone and practically begged them for an appointment on that day, and actually managed to get one! Lucky though, the doc said if I had left it another day then I would have been in hospital. Didn't have the energy to point out how difficult it is to get an appointment lol. The problem round our way is a lot of Nepalese, who always insist on a translator and always insist on a double appointment. They take up a lot of time because the vast majority of them here are of an older generation.
