Can you please give fool proof step by step instructions on how to process an APG via the Self Scan without the need of an assistant please, i did a 4x turkey n 2x cheese shop v Morribobs and have got a £9. xx APG to use but the SA`s are a bit iffy in my local, thanx.

the way I do it is, I scan all my shopping through, then press coupon, scan the long big barcode on the apg voucher, then the screen changes and says transaction number, to which I then scan the receipt and the apg is accepted, I then press cash/card etc to pay the remainder, a screen will pop up that says approve coupon and you touch yes, easy now tills are getting better lol x

  • Those of you with Virgin media please beware. We have just had a phishing email that looks very much like a virgin media email. It asked us to go through a link to update our profile saying that there may be service interruption if we do not, it is addressed to the email address as a person and has a clickable link in it. I have no idea where the link goes and I will not be finding out.

i was curious to see if it needed to be authorized. as total was over £10 but they went through no problem.

You know when you put through on ss, do you get 2 haalfs of screen approve coupons/coupons rejected?
If so do you just approve?

I panicked when DS2 told me he had hired an SUV in America and driven for hours across states. Here he only drives an Aygo that is under 1 litre and usually only locally so probably doesn't reach 30!

ds3 and dgf are going to USA to stay in family villa, he will be driving the car whilst over there  not his first USA trip but first time driving there and I am _pale_ at the thought of it. He has been driving on full license for 11 years now and is a competent driver but that does nothing to calm me.

Hi MMW lovely to see you, sorry you've had to have more removed but as you say you can still drive so have your freedom. Still able to get out after the glitches :). Isn't next Wednesday 90% Mr Shoes sale, you'll be able to partake then hopefully :T

Stick around, there has been some lovely savings recently, maybe something you'd be interested in :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

  • Good afternoon all.

Busy day - posted eBay parcel, Ts for bread and milk and daffodils, S for fuel (till spit says 8p off fuel wys £10 on Tu, very nice, especially as we need more schoolwear for DGKs) Boots for refund with no probs and looked at sale stuff but only rollwrap left and it's still £1, ELC ditto, M&S for Sparks card - got some food hall bargains - pyramid of profiteroles 40p, sprouts 40p, and some individual Xmas relation cards for 39p down from 3.95 each.

Absolutely threw it down with freezing rain.

Then to c/shop with donations so another 18 items gone, got a few DVDs to watch and redonate afterwards, and have also given cash to charity today.

Somehow lunch got missed, so off to remedy that, then a catch up. Had to do everything today as back on building site duty tomorrow.

Stay warm and dry, it's horrible out there. x
