    Evening all!

Been awol due to RL, thanks Savvy for the new thread, I still have 8k posts to read in the previous one :o

Long story short, DW has had a chest infection (and is asthmatic), was given antibiotics which didn't work, then given steroids which have the side effect of stopping her insulin working so was admitted to hozzy with DKA on the 27th Dec, she should have gone in sooner but she's too bloomin stubborn, she's been home about a week now and is on the mend but still really poorly, local GP was furious with her treatment (they had made numerous errors, blamed her for not taking meds, faulty equipment, lost samples, discharged her without treating the chest infection etc - usual stuff around here it seems:()

Kids also couldn't visit her last few days she was in as she developed shingles, and while we don't mind them catching chicken pox from it, they are now a risk to other patients as could be infectious :(

Oh, and she's just been put back on the steroids again to treat the original chest problem  sugar currently under control so fingers well and truly crossed.

Oh goodness me- your poor wife and children not a good end to last year- and you must be one special person to cope with all of that, so lets hope now your wife is home she can slowly improve and you get a little normality back in your life, and then perhaps celebrate the new year when she is feeling better and the weather improves x

Glad she's on the road to recovery, hopefully being home will make a big difference to. Nothing like your own surroundings & a loving family.

This is not correct, where it says 'Out of stock'.

    https://groceries.morrisons.com/webshop/promotion/reduced-to-clear-offer-price-0-50-was-1/1001668547?showImages=yes

(I hope that leads to the Rolo Tube.) You may be lucky and find them in your M store. (I suspect that has been changed to out of stock as they are generally not available, so most stores won't be able to supply them on delivery via m.com.) The M store at Lichfield Street, Walsall had quite a few of them still left at lunchtime yesterday (depends what time your lunch is I suppose:rotfl:). So, if you want them, go quick! (You won't find them open at the actual time of this post;).) Although we get offers of Sweet Sundays etc. and tricks on bags pouches that work out better, you won't get 100g at 50p price - usual offer, on a somewhat more than 100g in a pouch, will be £1 (or maybe 90p via APG, still substantially a more expensive way - apart from our tricks! - to buy Rolos).

    :rotfl:You never know!:D
Which is why I said Nottinghamshire I think, so that there was no confusion about where the items are.

Not that I can remember everything now, having been to a lot more stores:rotfl:.

Not true again, as it's merely disappeared offline.

    Kotlin Hot Tomato Ketchup (450g)

    Unavailable in Morrisons

This is definitely available in M somewhere, for 80p. I don't think it's quite good enough price to make it to my list though:rotfl:.
