The problem now is that I can't take anymore time off work and the kids are a handful
DS1 will be 3 in March and is testing our limits at the mo - he really is a clever little monkey and gets away with a lot more than he should :rotfl:, DS2 is 9 months and has just started crawling :T time to get the baby prison out of the loft
Can you not have compassionate leave? Alternatively work from home, depending on your job of course.
You've certainly got your hands full.
Wish it was that straightforward juenrob, I am working from home at the mo, but as I'm freelancing and the although the company I'm working for currently have been extremely understanding - days when I'm not working I don't get paid unfortunately.#CHEEKY :cool:0 -

Oh that reminds me, I was trying some slim fit joggers on in asda the other day and thought of you :rotfl:#CHEEKY :cool:0 -
DD1 and BF didn't get the flat a higher offer was accepted.
I don't get all this secrecy they have no idea whether they were close or long way off of accepted offer no chance to offer slightly more I know they were stretching it but we may have been able to rally around if not huge amount. Disappointing as won't make things easier for the next time not knowing if they were far out...
3 months after the house has sold you should be able to Google the address and get the final sale price up. Bit of a wait but will let them know how far off they were.
They need to get their mortgage agreed in principle then DD1 needs to become friends with the various agents in the area. Some people are given hints and tips on bidding some are not. Making agents aware they are in rented, have a mortgage offer and are ready to go they might get to see flats quicker. Not that many sales go to sealed bids but it seems common practice now to ask for offers between 2 figures. Good luck to them. As you say you might be able to scrape a bit together which might prove them able to go for a flat that needs a bit of work. It will get easier in April as a lot of buy to let owners will be slowing down on buying hopefully releasing more homes to families.

Looks like a GLITCHY day today!:D (Not tested yet)
The usual thing with multis looking to have finished but you should still be charged multi price instore. Apg will see full price.:)
Will start with this group of 2 for £6.
http://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml#/promotion/ls79924
Best example I can see is this one.
EACH
2 FOR £6 Glade Plug Ins Scented Oil Clean Linen 20ml
£6.00
Compares to £2.50 in T. so after apg you will be paid £1.50 to take away every two you get.:D
Lots in this group compare to T. or S. Too many for me to list, so I will let you all sort out the comparisons!:D:D
Be back shortly with another one.:)N1LDA:D0 -
Next one is this group.
http://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml#/promotion/ls86903
This looks to be the best comparison.
295G
3 FOR £2.00 Weight Watchers Tomato & Basil Soup (1)
89p
2 for £1 M. 4 for £2 T.
So buying two lots (6 boxes) to compare to M. will cost £1.36 after apg.
If you want to compare to T. you need to buy 12 boxes.
Check which ones in the group compare, because some don't.
Also some of the other products in this group will glitch, but not much of a return.
Back shortly.:)N1LDA:D0 -
M list is now updated, but I feel sure it remains woefully incomplete:rotfl::rotfl:.
So, there we are: instead of a list of 'buy in M' items that were in any of my stores but you couldn't find at all in yours, we now have a whole list of items that are in someone else's store but none of us can now find nearly all of the items in ours. I hope it's more useful:rotfl:.
:eek:I've even had to move the Tvs M list (pointless as it is:D) onto post 7 - I'd left two spare posts to use - I imagined I might sometime get to an Avs T list or Avs S and use them for that, but the M list has now gone and expanded to take up all that room!
So, off again now to check, somehow:D, the items again for the usual price collection in my hopeless stores:rotfl:. See you later!
(I will catch up with the potential glitches later too, don't worry on that one!:D:cool::money:)0 -
A bit of a healthy one here, not a huge return, but worth getting if you normally buy them.:)

6X67.5
2 FOR £6.00 Benecol Yogurt Drink Light
£3.75
Compare at £3 each v M. so after apg should cost £3.90 for the two.N1LDA:D0 -

You just wish that all of these 'cheap' Christmas items were in your store, as opposed to the few that you can find. However, I suppose if all that lot was there, we'd end up spending a fortune!!:eek::rotfl:
So I suppose it's a good thing they're not all in our own stores.:money:
Best of luck searching for whatever you find.:):A
(I feel sure that list is hopelessly inadequate as it's just got too much missing:rotfl:! Obviously got my eyes shut when I walk around the store...:D:laugh:)0 -
Some other multi groups finishing, but sadly no decent comparisons:(, unless there are any price changes overnight in the other supermarkets.
Heinz big soup is one that is finishing, but sadly the price is the same in all the supermarkets. I am sure that usually someone has this on offer!N1LDA:D0 -
