Received Notice of Debt following successful appeal?!

Following an email on the 10th of Dec 2015...
Thank you for submitting your parking charge Appeal to POPLA.

An Appeal has been opened with the reference 4413145431.

New Generation Parking Management have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.

    Just checked on the POPLA website, and it's still in progress even though the parking operator has sent no evidence.

    Email POPLA to check. Sounds as if POPLA have definitely confirmed to you the PCN is cancelled but not updated the website (I've seen that before).

    You will need to add the POPLA code into the subject line though as that email doesn't carry it, I think. So if you hit reply, change the subject line clearly.
