Just tried to buy one online. Very frustrating as it shows up as in stock on the main page, but then decides it's out of stock once you get to the basket stage... So there's no option to "e-mail me when back in stock" like with other products.0

Just been shopping at Tesco's in Thornbury (South Glos).
They have plenty on their shelves. Have bought one for myself. No notice to say only one per customer so presume you can buy as many as you like.

Tried my local stores (Stockton, Hartlepool) both said out of stock and no more will be coming.
If someone can get a spare one i'll buy it off you. Smile, you only get one life, LIVE IT.0 -
Been to Hackney and Enfield (London) last night and sold out.
Brought some on line and these came this morning.0 -
My sister bought one of these £10 tesco digiboxes yesterday but it wouldn't pick up some stations (ITV for one), so she called the techwood customer services number. The guy she spoke to asked her where she bought it and he practically snarled at her and said that he couldn't help her as they only offer customer help/service to people who bought the digibox from Currys or Dixons because Tesco was selling them too cheaply so Techwood refused to help - and he put the phone down!
Sister then rang the freeview helpline - nice man answered and said that this particular techwood digibox is actually obsolete; he said it was very underpowered and that was why iit wasn't picking up some channels.
Sister THEN rang Mr T who was very apologetic and said it was up to Tesco how much they sold an item for, then he offered her an immediate replacement (as expected).
The box may work fine for most customers, just be aware that the manufacturer won't help if there's a problem.
PS - she replaced it with a different model at Tesco.0 -
Sent my dad to Tesco Blackpool this morning.
Will let you know asap, if he got one.0 -

He won't have unless they have re-stocked (and they have been saying they are not getting any more).
Tesco Blackpool ran out by 12.30 the day the offer started. I know as I was stood behind the persons that got the last two of them.0 -
Unlucky. Just had it confirmed, there are none0

Just received mine from Tesco Direct and set it up for an elderly neighbour. Works okay - picked up all the channels. Not bad for £10.... but give me my Humax 9200 PVR any day!0

Why??
What does the Humax give you that the £10 one doesn't????????????/It's your money. Except if it's the governments.0
