Collect+ No one can claim my parcel help.

Hi guys.
I sent my headphones to be repaired by Console Doctor. Console Doctor sent me the collect+ labels and forums to send the parcel to themselves. I did that on the 16th of December.
I contacted them and they said they never received it. So I contacted Collect+ who say the parcel was sent to "Shop Direct" and that the parcel has gone missing so I need to contact them to claim for the parcel.
I contact Shop Direct who I have no account with and no possible way on my side for my headphones to be sent to them. Shop direct inform me they can't claim because no order has been placed on my end to them and I don't have an account with them they tell me I have to contact Console Doctor. Console Doctor contact Collect+ who say Shop direct have to claim and when I call Collect+ they say Console Doctor have to claim.
Today after going around in this spiral several times over!! Collect+ now told me that no one can claim and they can't advise anything for they are "adamant" that I must of placed a Shop Direct label on the parcel.
I find it extremely funny that a parcel that seems to be having labelling errors goes missing and now no one can claim it. Who do pursue to claim? Why can't I personally claim on Collect+ since they lost my parcel!.
Any help would be appreciated please.

You have no contract with collect+
Console doctor paid for the return, they have to claim.0 -
That's what I thought but Collect+ is telling console doctor they cannot claim because it has been a Shop Direct label that was used.0

That's "Console Doctors" problem to deal with. Your contract is with them, not the courier.
If Console Doctor had sent you the wrong label etc, it's still their problem to resolve.0 -
Whenever I talk to Console Doctor they tell me that their labels and tracking numbers haven't been used.0

Always take pictures of the labels before sending off.

I wish it was at least then I would know who to blame but I don't have an account with Shop Direct so there is no possible way I could of used the wrong label it was the only label in the houseLooks to me like you have stuck the wrong labels on the parcel.
Is that a possibility?
I will be doing this in future but I don't know if it would of helped in this case because the labels just had barcodes and the collect+ logo on them so if Console Doctor has sent me a Shop Direct label then they would still be arguing that I stuck the wrong label onAlways take pictures of the labels before sending off.
Hope you get it back.

I should probably add that yesterday Collect+ told me in a phone call that Console Doctor should definitely be making the claim and that they would add this to my notes so next time Console Doctor contacted them it would be seen. Now I'm back a whole step with no one taking responsibility. I not going to let this go especially after the run around I've had with all these companies.0

Shop Direct are the company that owns Very and Littlewoods. OP, have you purchased something from these and accidentally used their returns labels by mistake?0
