Hi

I received a fine for parking in a hospital.

I fear there maybe a further 2 more fines on their way. Please advise me if you have dealt with GEMINI before and any advice?

Also, I will try and scan a copy of the penalty charge, but it does not state the location of the offence just states 'Chase Farm' but not Chase Farm Hospital.

If anyone could let me know if there error in mentioning the exact location name correctly is an error that is worth mentioning?

Also today is the 14th day so I will be appealing today before midnight. Will that be OK?

Hi, thanks for your reply, yes I have and can see that I just need to appeal as per part 1 of the newbie sticky thread and from previous posts gemini don't seem too hard to beat. I just wanted to check about the location issue I mentioned and the 14th day deadline.

You've not been fined - you have been invited to pay an invoice.

What was the error?
Was it something like "high road" instead of "high street"? Try illustrating the error by making up something similar.

Forget the 14 day early bird offer for the discount - you should be able to get the 100% discount by following advice.
You have 28 days to appeal, to hook a POPLA code, then win by appealing to POPLA.
You need to send the appeal in during the time frame explained in the NEWBIES thread.

Appeal to ppc using the appeal in the Newbies thread . Don't embellish it with unnecessary details as it is important you don't reveal or imply who was driving .

Return here with your POPLA code .

You might also approach PALS if it is an NHS hospital but even here be careful not to disclose the driver in any correspondence .
