Delicious magazine online and Pinterest is also great for ideas...i love creating wraps with leftover from the night before fillings...roast chicken, pulled pork. Salads for when im watching I love feta cheese, olives, tomato salad. Hummus, left over pasta into a salad works great as well...hope that helps!:)'Never give up on something that you can't go a day without thinking about';):)0

£1 soup from any supermarket - buy the fresh stuff not tinned. It's tasty, healthy and lasts two lunches. Add a bread bun and some fruit
I also go in for boxed salads £2 from Asda.

- Vegetable soup (can make a huge batch and use it throughout the week) with some bread rolls
- Falafel/Hummus Salad (or use wraps to create a healthy sandwich)
- Couscous and salad.
All affordable and quick to make (sorry for the lack of meat suggestions, i'm veggie! :P0 -
I always struggle to find cheap, easy lunch ideas online. They always seem to be too 'fancy' or too much effort to prepare.
My lunches are either:
*Chicken and Guocamole on a wholemeal wrap (I make a big batch of Guocamole myself and then either buy pre-cooked chicken or cook some breasts I have left over from shopping)
*Salad with boiled eggs, spinach, peppers, cherry tomatoes and covered in salad dressing. (sometimes add tinned mackrel or salmon to this instead of the eggs)
*A mug shot or cup o'soup (Only on the odd day when I CBA to make my lunch in the morning!)
Or sometimes I get really lazy and make myself a peanut butter sandwhich :-D (usually Fridays when the shopping needs doing!)
I also have with every single lunch: A banana, grapes and natural yoghurt. Sometimes Pistachio nuts.0
