I love Slimming World quiche. Mix three eggs and a pot of fat free cottage cheese. Add ham, peppers, mushrooms, or whatever you fancy. Add grated cheese to top if required. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on gas mark 6. It can be kept for three days (it doesn't last that long in our house!)
Pasta or rice salad.
Crackers (I enjoy wheat germ crackers) with spreadable cheese, chopped up ham, and rocket.
Baked potatoes or soup if you have access to a microwave.
Tuna, grated carrot and red onion on granary bread.
Bowl of decent muesli (I'm eating Aldi Specially Selected as I type - very fruity)
Fruit salad.
Ploughman's - chunk of cheese, chutney, crusty bread, thick sliced ham.

Cottage cheese is great because is so low fat,I always opt for the herb & chive flavours and have it in a wrap with baked chicken and salad. Adding peppers and grated carrots to the salad makes it far more interesting! Super healthy

Depending on the variety I team it with bread, rolls, poppadoms, tortilla chips, or nothingDo you not know that a man is not dead while his name is still spoken?

I take home made savoury rice made with roasted veg and chicken, cheese salad, ham salad, home made soup, pastry less quiche, hummus and carrot sticks, tuna with pasta or any left overs from the night before's tea. I usually prepare my weeks meals on a Sunday to make sure I've got something healthy to take to work.0
