How can I unlock it to Delight's network, preferably for free?

Asda was on Vodafone, now EE, Tesco are on O2 and Sainsbury's are on (for another six days) on Vodafone, Delight is on EE, so it appears the phone is not locked to any network. However "ENTER NCK" suggests otherwise.

Alcatel have made more than one phone model but you have given no detail other than is is old.

Sainsbury were Voda, Asda were then went to EE Oct 2013, are you sure Tesco sim worked because they have always used o2 as o2 own 50% of Tesco Mob.


If it did work with Tesco then at some point your mobile got network locked, did it go for repair anytime ?

I strongly suggest you to get a Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 ! It is an awesome phone with Dual sim, 4G, microSD, best camera quality and many other attractive specifications. The most important thing is that it falls in your budget and will solve your 3G issue too.
