New revised months pan of attack, still make £500 in summer savings and throw as much as possible at MBN@, fingers crossed I can then transfer most if not all, I may end up paying small amount of interest. Not really sure of any other way to do it.0

Re the h@lifax/mbn@ situ I was going to suggest throwing as much off the MBNA and then transferring the h@lifax to it too. This gives you a year then on 0%. Im sure you will do it Pennywise xxMummytogirls x0

Thanks mtg, I just don't know how the hell i'm going to do it, I can cut a bit from the food budget hopefully as being at home during the holidays means more baking/cooking, I have a pile of general stuff to put on £bay and a pile of craft items that I make and sell and I've been able to do more again with being off work, but I do not know how i'm going to make £1000 in 26 days, I'm thinking its more realistic at £500, but if I don't try:o. I've sold a few bits today and i'm waiting on payment.0 -
Good morning and the sun is shining which means I should be able to get some washing hung out.
No DD today she has gone with her friends and friends mum to B1ackp00l, which I said was fine but I can't be paying for her to go out every other day with her friends somewhere, told her I would give her £10 and the rest needed to funded herself out of her wages, which she was fine with.
Taking DS school uniform shopping as he needs the most stuff, heaven help me he hates shopping.
Sat last night whilst DH was out and DC were watching Jurassic park and I managed to list 20 various bits on £bay a lot at buy it now and put some bits on faceache including some outgrown logo'd school uniform, got up this morning to find I had sold loads on £bay and the pile of uniform and the things I sold on 3bay yesterday that I had been waiting for payments from had finally paid, so I have made a payment of £36 to both summer saving and mBN@, uniform hasn't been paid for yet but I know the person and when they say they will pay they will, so I still sent the money. Shame everyday can't be like this.
Food shopping today and cupboards/fridge look bare but considering I havn't been shopping since the weekend and it wasn't a huge shop think we have stretched it ok, I do find meal planning easier when i'm at home and have more time to cook meals properly and bake snacks.
To do list-
Meal plan + shopping list.
washing + ironing whilst the sun shine.
Pack £bay items.
Post office run.
Grocery shop.
School uniform shop.
Give front room a deep clean.
Try and list a few bits on £bay.
Have a great day.x.0 -
Need to lie down in a dark room. Manage to get DS up and dressed, did I bribe him with a mcdonalds breakfast, me no never
.
So have spent a fortune and i'm not finished with uniform shopping, managed to get all of DS sports kit as it has to be logo'd which cost an eye watering £107, still need to buy rugby boots. Went to Clarks for school shoes and they have a sale on mens shoes, so managed to get DS a pair of black school shoes for £35 reduced down from £60:D. So anyone looking for teenage boys school shoes might be worth looking in the sale rack in clarks as they start at a size 8 and worked out cheaper than the actual school shoe range which aren't surprise surprise, they had quite a lot of mens black formal shoes in the store I was in.
Spent £3 in wilkos on brown paper and £9.49 in superdrug on shampoo/conditioner and some face scrub for DS.
£6 given to DS whilst in wilkos/superdrug to get breakfast and thinking about it I got no change.
Food shopping came in at an eye watering £95.91 between Aldi and booths, did get lots of reduced meat items in booths which will be good for next weeks meals. Will need to do another top up shop on Sunday as we have family coming over.
Off to do some house work and more £bay isting.0 -
Busy day!
