I am right in the middle of an argument with Mr T - guide price of £143, actual price of £156!!!! They said some offers must've expired but I know for a fact that they didn't so I'm going to be comparing the shop receipt (was click and collect this time) to my email receipt for the guide price very carefully. I will check if Mr M is anywhere near and delivers I think.
    Debt - CCV £3792
CCB £1383 (took a hit for a holiday)

    Loan 1 £1787
    Loan 2 £1683
    Total £8601 Was £39302

Bartering that's the word I was looking for. I get lamb and beef depending on what he has.

It must be quite nice to get cuts that you may not normally purchase, plus you have the added bonus of knowing exactly where it came from.

I can't rate them high enough and are certainly better value than Mr T, I went through quidco first order as well, think I got about £7 cashback.
A £13 difference is huge, I would certainly be fighting that one, good luck.x.
  • Evening all.

Up early this morning and got a load of washing done and hung out before work.
Everyone took a packed lunch, there was cake at work today so I brought home my cereal bar, not going to turn down free food.
Small TT of 89p made, couple of surveys done but no payouts and nothing sold on £bay.
Small spend on 2 bananas and some carrots 39p from change jar., shouldn't need anything else this week.
Quick tea tonight as DS is a t cricket, just sausage sandwich and some chips.

Work was ok today, felt sorry for all the year 6 students sitting their SATS.

    Hope everyone is ok.x.

What a great start to the week.
  • Evening all.

Today has been a NSD and we all took packed lunches to school/work. Easy tea tonight of scrambled eggs on toast as DH was out early.

Small £bay sale so £2.50 sent to hols pot, challenge this month is to get the pot at £1050.

Managed to finish paperwork tonight so that's this month done.

I have made some chocolate crispie cakes for packed lunches, I have got chicken thighs out of the freezer for tomorrows tea, sticky Chinese chicken, noodles and stir fried veg, need to buy mushrooms tomorrow.

    Hope everyone is ok.x.
  • Just popping in to update this otherwise I will forget £4.53 from a £bay sale, pot updated.
