Well done on the £25. Is that going towards your holiday fund?

Your fund will soon be £200. It's lovely to see it build up so quickly.

    Evening all.

Up early again this morning and a quick was put on and hung out to dry.

Another busy but fun day at work today and I'm still managing to take my lunch today, although today was a very boring ham sandwich and banana.

I have redeemed another £2.50 from a surveysite, hopefully that will hit paypal quickly. I might dig around at the weekend for some bits for ebay, really want to get as much money saved as possible into hols account.

DS has come home tonight and needs cricket kit as he has been placed in school team, annoying thing is he has cricket whites as he plays for a local club but needs a school set with the school logo on ,DH has offered to pay for these those so at least that is something.

Better go and start tea, Gammon egg and chips tonight nom nom.

Well done on the addition to your holiday fund.

I forgot to tell you, I made a cake a 6am. A staff member is getting married and I thought I should make a cake to celebrate the occasion. OH asked why I wax making it today. I said it was in case it went wrong, I would be able to knock something else up.

Hi chanie, well done on making the cake, what sort was it?
  • Afternoon all.

Another beautiful day and was up with the lark, so washing was hung out.

Heating is off except for half hour in the morning and an hour at night, fingers crossed it can be off completely next month.

Received £8.55 from quidc0 which has gone over to hols account.

I need to do meal plan and shopping list, hopefully this weeks grocery bill will be lowish as we seem to have loads in the freezer.

Tuna sandwiches all round for lunches today and have a curry on the go for tonight's tea, might make a quiche later for lunches tomorrow.

    Hope everyone is ok.x.

It was a simple sponge, but I added some left over dried fruit which I had cluttering up the cupboards, so I chucked it in. Luckily, everyone enjoyed it.

Great news on the extra holiday funds. Now that you've mentioned tuna, I think I may make some up tonight for lunch tomorrow.
  • £2.50 I requested from a survey site yesterday has hit paypal, so it has winged its way over to hols account.
