Aer Arann / stobart air / Aer Lingus

Hi,

4 hour delay due to knock on from inbound flight... About to send the letter claiming compensation, but not sure who to..

Stobart air operated the flight so i assume them?
Howerver they refer everything to Aer Lingus under the Aer Arann regional brand..

Any thoughts ?

Claim from Stobart ......be prepared for the run-around so if you get one blaming the other copy them all in on your second NBA letter and ultimately if it drags on submit claim and cite all three as defendants.

Aer Arran was renamed Stobart Air in March 2014. Any reference to Aer Arran is due to Aer Lingus not updating their materials

So if I get to the court stage is it OK to use the address they are registered at in London? (From Company house)

Or do I have to use the Irish one and use the Irish legal system?
