I dont think a name should matter should it. Like the previous poster has said as long as their support and connection is good then nothing else matters! I reccomend everyone to TitanADSL and all the business'si do IT support for.0

Just like to say I've been with Titan for just over a year now, Business 90 package, best by far, always speak to the same CSR as others stated.
CSR helped me raise my connection speed via tweaks to router and line, 1.5/2Mb before, now get ~3.5Mb in a small village, I am far from the exchange (3/4km). My exchange is also always in the red, so at peak times the speed can slow slightly to 3Mb, but BT profile always stays at 3500. I know this is definately true that it is BT's fault because my mate who lives next to the exchange (within 1km) gets only 4.7Mb (with Zen).
When my exchange is fixed (stable) I hope to push my router into the 4Mb region, which I did before but the bad exchange causes SNR to drop to far.
My ISP History:
Geointernet (Biggest mistake ever, never got the internet, went bust)
Freeserve (512Kb, never needed support, very stable connection, with them for about a year, could not provide 1Mb service at the time so moved on).
Force9 (Stayed with them for about a year/2 until their parent company got bought out by one of the giants, so all usage policies went to ****).
Fast4 (Reliable for a while then suddenly turned very hostile, constant connection drop-outs, slowed speeds (dialup speeds), harsh port blocking, £35 to leave, £85 within 12 months, they went bust).
