3 UU to report, these will probably be my last this month I imagine. Finally UU the lip butter!!

TBS blueberry lip butter- WBA and already have another in stash. Lovely flavour and it lasted for a very long time, about a year! A little seems to go a long way. Only thing I didn't like is that it turns your lips white so it's best to use it at home. I got caught out once when I answered the door to the postman with white lips and I didn't realise. I used it before bed and it was fine for this. It seemed to do an ok job.

Boots extracts cocoa butter body wash 75ml- WBA already have more in stash. Really lovely scent although you need to use a fair amount in order for the scent to linger. It does lather up really well though and it's a nice consistency.

Montagne jeunesse blemish mud face mask- Wnba mostly because I really didn't like the scent. I should have realised really... It's got aloe Vera in and it basically smelled like I'd slapped vapour rub all over my face...eurgh. It just reminded me of having flu that whole menthol smell. Also not sure it really did anything for my face and it was the first mask I'd had that made my skin itch a little. Prefer other ones by this brand.

Eta plum pudding that's really exciting about baby, you will definitely deserve to be pampered. :)

Yankee candle is a good shout – there’s a shop near me, so I can go in and check out the various scents before committing. I'm a bit picky :)

Oooh, I hadn't seen those wax melt things before, I’ll check them out. Is there any risk if I forget to turn it off though?

As a temporary fix I bought a cheap one with a nice smell at Aldi the other day while I was passing through, and decanted some of it into an old one so I could have one at either end of my kitchen/lounge area. That scent is now right through into the entrance hall and closest bedroom! Impressive performance.

Sons of Anarchy is great! I'm way behind so have loads to catch up on. Peaky Blinders is definitely on my watch list too. What about Walking Dead if you haven’t seen that yet? Really good. And I'm just getting into 'The Man in the High Castle' which looks very promising – that’s on Amazon TV though.

I am still missing Sons of Anarchy and am finding it hard to find anything as good to watch. Am enjoying Gotham at the mo though.

I was talking to a colleague at work yesterday about my stash and the fact I've put myself of a buying ban and she couldn't seem to get her head around the fact that I have about 9 shower gels and multiple sets of shampoo and conditioner. She will have 1 spare thing for what she uses and that's it.
Made me realise how ridiculous my hoarding of toiletries is, I really do not need as much as I have! Even more determinded now to get through some of my stash!

I suggested to a work colleague yesterday that she cut open her tube of tinted moisturiser to see how much product was in there as she said she was going to buy a new one as the tube felt empty. She looked genuinely appalled. I told her to just do it to at least see how much product was in there. Then she went to Superdrug found the product was on BOGOF but they only had one tinted moisturiser left. So she picked up another moisturiser which she didn't seem so sure she would use. I did then unfortunately lecture her a bit on buying something useless for the sake of a saving and told her she should take them back and order what she needs online. It was all taken in good humour but made me realise how much my attitude has changed.

Hermia - your aunt is normal and we aren't. I think those of us that watch Youtube have become conditioned to thinking excessive amounts of stuff are not excessive. Recently I have been watching Project 333 videos (capsule wardrobes) and minimalist/capsule makeup collections - I especially love watching My Green Closet.

I onky enjoy the YouTube videos about project panning and empties. Haul videos make me feel a bit sick to my stomach. I saw one recently where the YouTuber read out an inventory of her makeup comparing last years totals to this and at one stage she had over 100 blushers. How can anyone think this is normal?

    Evening all.

Welcome to all newbies and hugs to everyone who has not been feeling too well recently.

    Couple of UUs to report.
Lancôme genifique 5ml sample - WNBA not sure what I thought of this and whilst I got plenty of applications out of this size it didn't seem to do anything to my skin. I may have been using it wrong.
Elemis tranquil touch body polish 150ml - WMBA liked the scent of this, doesn't do too bad a job although personally I prefer something with more scrub.

Looks like my January PP will be moving over to next months as only 2 items have been completely used, couple of days left so really hoping I may manage some more.

I have one of those sample sizes of Genifique too. Must pull it out of my stash to use.

I am hopeful that the Hawaiian Tropic face cream will be gone this month from my PP list. I am feeling more resistance in the pump every day. The lacquer and leave in conditioner will definitely roll over.

Phew caught up on thread. Welcome newbies. Good luck to Gemzie with your plans. Wishing Plumpudding well for your upcoming birth. Xx

I have one GA : Stila smudge eyeliner. I got this in the Sephora kit in US. Have given up on it and donated it to Emma. It smudges on its own and I was fed up of it. Am using a Laura Geller wind up type. Not sure how long this will last as the tip keeps breaking off. Not a fan of these type of liners in general.

Also took a bag of nail colours to work for my friends daughter.

Have some INs too. Went into Superdrug and bought a 3 pack of 100 cotton wool pads for £3 and got 2 X Casting Creme hair colour on offer 2 for £10.

Best wishes Plumpudding on the birth! What an exciting time.

I found two little benefit tester foundations last night :mad: so swapped one for my normal foundation straight away to UU. I thought I was finished with foundation from that evil company!! On the plus side my boing is so nearly over. I'm scarping the sides out and think tomorrow will be the day! I bought a cover up stick from B. a week ago so have one ready. But I have no more! :D:D

Plumpudding - best wishes, please come back and tell us how you and baby are when you can.

Lucia - I used to buy the Gum conditioner in Home Bargains, it is lovely stuff.

VALM - I am using Philosophy Honey Buns body lotion at the moment, everything about it is gorgeous but they are so hard to get hold of here. I am also using the Bare Minerals Primer and it is siliconey I agree but my makeup looks perfectly smooth all day.

Plumpudding - best wishes and hope the birth goes smoothly!

    UU:

Boots Extracts Vanilla Body Scrub 400ml: This smelled lovely but was nowhere near scrubby enough for me. WNBA.

    IN:

S&G Face Soap & Clarty Vitamin C Facial Wash 30ml: I applied for this freebie ages ago and it turned up in the post this morning :)
  • I need to go and sit on the naughty step!!

Saw the benefit boots offer of 4 minis plus a make up bag and 2 deluxe samples for £15 (£13.50 with student discount) so now have ins to declare…

4 x benefit That gal primer minis
1x benefit Air Patrol deluxe sample
1x benefit License to Blot deluxe sample

don't even know if I like the products, which is very naughty!
I certainly felt the need to spend some of my ad card points last night.
Trying to justify on the basis that these minis are 7.5ml and the full-size is 11ml for £22… and that at least I only bought 4….
