Been to Amsterdam over the weekend and had quite a few travel sized UUs. Most were hotel freebies but also a Garnier Roll on deodorant that we both hated but refused to give up on. WDNBA. It took so long to dry!
In the airport on the way I bought Miss Dior Eau De Toilette. My mum was going to buy it for me for Christmas but we decided to wait until one of us next went to an airport and it was £35 cheaper than I could find in town or online, so pretty chuffed. I know it's a naughty in BUT I only have two other perfumes and I am getting married this year and I wanted to wear this scent. And my mum is paying!!
It's my SIL 30th birthday shortly so we bought her some lovely Sebon bits, it was lucky we had UU so much so we could fit it in our plastic bags! We bought one set that was 50% off so were pretty chuffed. It's her HG so she'll hopefully be pleased! The lovely sales assistant gave us all the wrapping and ribbon to do ourselves (myself) at home so that we could get it on the plane.
I hope everyone has a good week!
I love Miss Dior:T Wore it on my wedding too but its getting very pricey these days! I have moved on to the perfume as although its more expensive, the scent lasts a lot longer. I see they do hair mist now too:eek:Debt free and busy treating myself:)
No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales0 -

I am loving reading everyone's thought on products though this may be a bit of a downfall for me as I love trying new things0 -
Just popping on to report that the Vaseline Spray and Go has now finally gone lol! Thought I would get through it yesterday but after triple application everywhere it was still spraying. Had enough today to coat my whole body and now it's gone. Shopped in my stash and pulled out a Beauticology Gingerbread Girl body lotion.
Also shopped in my stash for a primer and pulled out a mini tube of Bare Minerals Prime Time. On first application it felt very siliconey. Will see how my make up fares over the day.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I used to us this and found the same. I've moved onto their BB primer now and that feels much nicer on and my make-up hangs around longer too!0 -
To start off the year I've decided to round up the few remaining empties I hadn't quite got around to removing!
UU
1.TBS Almond hand and Nail cream 30ml – advent calendar WBA.
2.TBS Shea hand cream 30ml – advent calendar WNB – consistency felt thinner than the almond one.
3.TBS Vitamin E Night Cream 15ml – advent calendar – probably WNB but have another in stash, seems too rich and heavy for my skin no matter how little I use.No buying unnecessary toiletries 2017 UU 6

I am a toiletry doomsday prepper! I am going to do a tally of my stash soon. The first thing I did was separate everything into boxes: skincare, makeup, hair, body and it's all in the garage.
I have few ideas and things which I do anyway so it might be useful to others?
I intend to make up a few travel kits for myself: one to keep at my boyfriends, one for holidays and one for the car.
I have loads of little plastic and travel bottles, boxes and tubs, cellophane and craft bits so it makes sense to make gift hampers for friends and family. I won't pass on anything that's been used.
I have a few broken makeup palettes and I intend to diy mix my own lip balms, lipsticks, eye shadows etc to go in my toiletry travel kits.
I love fancy dress and festivals so can make a kit up for that: If you have a white foundation it's good for lightening foundation in the winter too.
I intend to end up with just one body wash, soap, face wash, moisturiser, conditioner and shampoo plus 3 of each makeup items! Argh!
Nail polish is great, I often paint tatty costume jewellery (especially earrings) to go with an outfit, embellish old handbags or shoes.. It just needs sealing with clear nail or more permenantly pvu or varnish and you can often paint over it.,
I have a tea tree shampoo that's seriously hanging around. I'll add a wee bit of washing up liquid and turn it into a hair clarifier to use weekly. I'll use it wash hair tools and things like tights.
I love hot cloth cleansers;body and hand butters are great to use with Muslin cloths if you run out of this, but you mustn't get it near your eyes and rinse it properly. I often do my face with the body stuff and near my eyes with the proper cleanser to eke it out.
Use thick conditioner as a hair mask:1 hour and a head wrapped in cling film.
I have about 4 foot creams from various gifts and these are great for dry elbows/knees etc.
Cut fake lashes at the base of the strip if you want single lashes or flares.
Phew! Any other ideas?January 2016 £5350 in debt:eek:
