Woooooo! I have reached my goal of ten for January! Roll on Feb! :j

    UUs

    8) Radox Eastern Spirit Shower Gel - WBA although I think it was a ltd ed.

    9) Nivea Pure and Natural Night Cream - WNBA. I have no luck with Nivea products and this is no exception.

    10) Versace Crystal Noir perfume sample. WNB. I have come to the conclusion that I hate all Versace perfumes.

    Well done X

I am reporting a UU now as I'm pretty sure it will go this morning. Vaseline Spray and Go cocoa lotion. WDNBA. Don't like the spray system. It delivers too fine a mist that is not moisturising at all. Maybe if I were using it in Summer it would be better. Do like the normal lotion bottle though.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I use that for my back and it does a good job there given the alternative is not using anything at all. I have never found a spray that works as well as a lotion and given that you usually have to still rub them in they don't even save much time!

Versace perfume reminds me of my teenage years! I used to douse myself in the stuff!

I picked up the L'Occitane gift set and I definitely do not recommend buying items just to get this. I agree with the others, it's a nice wee freebie but no need to go out of your way for it.

Treated myself to a bath last night so my Radox bubble bath is well on it's way to being UU. It was great having a wee treat last night.

I agree, this is definitely motivating me to use more products and pamper myself. No point having all of this stuff and letting it go out of date!
    #27 £2016 in 2016 = £763.61

    #42 £2 Savers Club = £160

*Savers Club not included in overall 2016 savings until the tin is opened and my estimates have been confirmed later in the year.

Been to Amsterdam over the weekend and had quite a few travel sized UUs. Most were hotel freebies but also a Garnier Roll on deodorant that we both hated but refused to give up on. WDNBA. It took so long to dry!

In the airport on the way I bought Miss Dior Eau De Toilette. My mum was going to buy it for me for Christmas but we decided to wait until one of us next went to an airport and it was £35 cheaper than I could find in town or online, so pretty chuffed. I know it's a naughty in BUT I only have two other perfumes and I am getting married this year and I wanted to wear this scent. And my mum is paying!!

It's my SIL 30th birthday shortly so we bought her some lovely Sebon bits, it was lucky we had UU so much so we could fit it in our plastic bags! We bought one set that was 50% off so were pretty chuffed. It's her HG so she'll hopefully be pleased! The lovely sales assistant gave us all the wrapping and ribbon to do ourselves (myself) at home so that we could get it on the plane.

I hope everyone has a good week!

Slightly off topic, but has anyone tried the Models Own chrome polishes? I have two that i bought a couple of weeks ago, despite my best efforts i can't seem to prevent chipping occurring after only a couple of hours.
I'm not doing anything tasking either. I'm just a bit miffed as they are lovely colours.
Does anyone have any experiences of them?

I bought my daughter a couple of these I will ask her how she found them

What a great idea to have mini targets I am still plodding through it all and sorting will report more of what I have found later - I would also like to have 10 used up by the end of Feb

I can't believe how quickly this month has gone. Still not finished anymore items on my PP, but am close to finishing off the remaining 3 products, so should do by the end of the month!

    My PP for January
    - Nivea Essential Care lip balm
[STRIKE]- mini Benefit eye cream [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]- Nivea daily essentials day cream (not very much left of this one!)[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]- Sanctuary 30ml hand cream[/STRIKE]
    - Body Shop peppermint foot lotion
[STRIKE]- Lush Cup of Coffee face mask/scrub[/STRIKE]

Couple of other UUs/combining of products

Eos lip balm - this was almost finished, and was struggling to get it on lips from it's packaging so I scrapped it out and mixed it in with some vaseline. It was a gift, WNBA as it was nothing special

Avon peach hand/body cream - Found this in an old gym bag, still smelt alright so I've mixed it into a peach handcream pump bottle I have on my desk at work! WNBA as I've had nicer handcreams!

Sanctuary warming face mask sachet - This was quite nice, but didn't actually get that warm. I do also prefer a facemask that also exfoliates so WNBA.
  • 1 UU – Lush Cinders bath bomb - WNBA, no bubbles! It's also a yellow colour. My boyfriend walked into the bathroom and asked me what I'd done in the bath!!!

  • has anyone any tips on how to stop a lip pencil flaking, the wood bit of the pencil disintegrates. It was a cheap one but it will not pare.

used up a sisley face mask- have it so long, its a miracle it has not gone off.
any tips to remove waterproof eye make up. the nivea stung like h*ll and have used so much of it. anyone ever tries almond oil?

I use almond oil to remove my make up and it works so well (including on waterproof mascara), I really recommend it.

Its a bath bomb and they do not produce bubbles, yes the bath does look a little interesting, I bet your boyfriend looked twice :)

    Have another UU:-

LG Spackle. HG product though have others to use before I repurchase.

I have had an email from Smashbox telling me that they are sorry I don't like the taste of my lipstick!! They have asked for further information to look into this and I'll have to reply to them tonight when I have the lipstick to hand.
