No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries January 2016

Happy new year everyone!
Count me in again this year, still have a massive stash that needs reducing. I am enjoying trying all the different things but I'd like to get it down to just my HG brands eventually - lush, body shop and bomb cosmetics. And only buy the items I find to be the HG ones. That's the eventual aim anyway. I'm not too bothered about bath bombs etc as those will get used up easily it's more the endless body lotions and shower gels that need focusing on.
So here's the pp list for January:
1. Body shop glazed Apple butter 50ml
2. Body shop glazed Apple shower gel mini
3. Body shop glazed Apple soap
4. Handmade strawberry and coconut cake soap
5. Imperial leather blackberry and fig foam burst
6. Tresemme thermal recovery hair mask
7. Alberto balsam colour bright blends shampoo
8. Alberto balsam colour bright blends conditioner
9. Avon frosted winter berry shower gel
10. Avon Mr frosty spiced apple bubble bath
11. Body shop blueberry lip butter
12. Body shop cranberry joy body polish 75ml
13. Alice + Eliza spiced apple hand cream 30ml
14. Wilko confidently chic dark plum & sugared rose roll on deodorant
15. Sanex dermo pro hydrate deodoeant spray
16. Lila grace vanilla icing body lotion 65ml
17. Lush snow fairy shower gel 100ml (needs using before March)No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2015/2016/2017/2018

Count me in for this, please.
Christmas has left me well supplied with beautiful face and body products, so all I need to do is make sure I use them.
I may need foundation and deodorant this month, but I'm hoping to just scrape through until February.Grocery challenge 2017 January £158.74/£200

I would like to join in with this please. I did a stock take in the bathroom this afternoon and was honestly shocked at just how many toiletries there are, with many having several bottles of the same thing
I shouldn't have to buy any toiletries at all in January other than perhaps Kandoo depending on how quickly the children go through them
Welcome. This thread will help you to target those items in use to finish them off and hopefully help you find products that you enjoy using and want to repurchase.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I would like to join this month please. I've just caught up with last months thread and am impressed what how much some people use up. I have quite a lot of items that I need to get through and stop the hording of some items.
I would also like to join the 6 by spring challenge and will have a think what my items will be.
And Happy New Year to all.

Welcome to you both. Once you get into the swing of things it becomes easy using things up. The key is to remind yourself to get into the routine of using the products rather than looking for more to buy.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. OK so here goes. Thanks to Deleted_User for starting this month's thread and indeed Happy New Year to you all. I posted my PP list and Finish 6 by Spring items in December but am going to repost my PP list here so it's easier to find as I go through the month:-
Boss Woman EDT
Clynol Leave in Conditioner
Lush Cupcake
OPI Bubble Bath mini
Philosophy Pure Grace EDT
Sample sachets
Sanctuary Spa Body Souffl!
Soap and Glory Foam Call Shower gel
Vichy eye cream
Hawaiian Tropic face cream
I know I won't be on a No Buy as there are items I will need. I also ordered a Look Fantastic Beauty Box on a whim before Christmas so that will arrive this month. Whether I buy the Laura Geller TSV remains to be seen as I was full of big ideas of buying the kit and selling off the bits I don't want but am not sure I can be bothered now. Jury's out until I see what's in the kit.
I did UU MY LUSH Peeping Santa yesterday and WDNBA. Needed loads of the product to get decent bubbles and didn't like the colour of the bath water afterwards.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. Some UU products from my stash:
Asda Skin System Young Skin Matt Finish Moisturiser 100ml - This moisturiser has lasted me several months and cost me less than £1. It did what it claimed to do and stopped my face from getting shiny all day. It also absorbed very quickly. I'm not sure if Asda still stock this but I WBA if they did.
Balance Active Formula Snake Venom Eye Cream 15ml - I really liked this cream and it lasted me a while. It also didn't irritate my eyes when I put it on or leave any white marks on my skin. It has made a visible improvement to the skin around my eyes and reduced puffiness. WDBA.
Lidl Suddenly Madame Glamour Body Lotion 200ml - I bought this in Lidl just to try out as I have been looking for some scented moisturisers. It had a nice scent but I'm not sure the scent lingered for very long. However I was happy with it and I have no complaints. I WBA if I needed some basic moisturiser.
Ted Baker London Body Lotion 50ml - I bought this on special offer and I love the scent of Ted Baker products. The little 50ml tube lasted longer than I thought it would. I WBA.No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2019 Total UU since 2016 - 396 | Total February UU - 10
