Was going to spend the day going through my desk, and 3 mini filing cabinet/ik*a wooden drawers used to store pens, carp and the cat's collection of rubber bands.
However, as it's my last day before back to work (and we've been proper couch parsnips all christmas) decided to brave the frankly awful weather and visit The Design Museum exhibition on cycling and bikes. Which was nice and didn't involve bringing anything back home.
Might even sort a couple of drawers as I watch Endeavour later

Hiya Poohspals and Harleyquinn, and welcome!
A slow day for me as I have been running the furniture project all day. But I did get eight items up on ebay - better than nothing anyway!0 -
I'm going to try this but I'm not going to list things until they actually leave the house. We have a habit of putting stuff to one side to leave the house and they can sit there for months (or years in some cases
).

I've done my drawers of smellies. Nearly a full black back of unwanted/ half used stuff. And loads of samples.
Can't believe how much carp I'm getting rid of, and yet nothing looks different yet!0 -

SAMEI keep having to go look at my bins to reassure myself that I haven't imagined it! I am glad I am keeping a list, otherwise I think I might get disheartened.
