And in case anyone needs clarification on Gary Brierley - he is one of the directors of Debt Recovery Plus

Quite a conflict of interests sitting on the board of the BPA whilst also being a member of the IPC....

In the scope of things, those that appeal dont really dent the excessive amounts of money these "artists" make, they are just so greedy they want it all and they will get it, they will buy off who needs to be.

Mark, you are beginning to sound quite paranoid.

Do you really believe deep down in your heart that Beavis was coincidental and in the interests of Justice for the general public, that sweeping away existing law and legalisation was necessary .

Or does the fact the main player standing to lose was a very senior member of the law society dig deep in to any of those paranoid thoughts.

Must agree with you Mark, my thoughts for a long time.

    Thanks for the clarification!

What an incestuous bunch. They say constant inbreeding produces odd anomalies.

So the BPA are creating their own POPLA or is it McPOPLA who are going to sort out the mess Boris Popla left them with.

This McPopla will not have the same terms of reference as Boris's Popla, who we are contracted to, According to Pranky, or indeed the real Obudsman's Popla. That's clear then!

No doubt Troy boy will soon inform us as to what is happening and we can get on with it. As they say let the games begin.

I note on Mr Mcardle's profile he is an expert in Parking. If he's got any sense he will stick it in reverse and perform a U turn.

Really, I thought that he owned a fish and chip shop.
