Life £6 option looks good, no 4G though?

I did wonder how people manage on pay as you go with a smart phone using data all the time, even just for weather and time updates etc. It will soon eat into any credit built up.

A monthly plan seems a better option, 30 day contract would leave me free to change my mind at at time.

I didnt see an option to enter my PAC code or transfer my number?

Do i need to go through all the payment details to enter my PAC? which i dont have yet.

Time limited deal? Worth getting my PAC and just swapping ASAP or can i delay the transfer to get the 30 day notice in?

Been with Voda for so long i dont have a clue...

PS how long will the £6 tariff apply for? Not the sort that up their prices every
    month are they?

    Thanks....

    Too much info...:o: :)

I cant even say I was moneysaving, NHScotland dont charge for prescriptions, because that would mean the Government/NHS taxes you twice at net and gross and that would be unethical for any non English government!
SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe ;)

OMG, almost want to keep paying too much to not have to think about that now :)
Its going to stick in my mind everytime i think of swapping.

I can make you some sausage stuffing with proper caramalised onions, they should help you out :)

So kind a offer, but onions cause it, which of course is a food I love but cant eat :/ Thankfully my mobile service providers are a lot easier to control than my IBS :)

Life/EE would need to give you 30 days notice of a change of charges :)

Shhh dont look at the date of my first post but i FINALLY phoned Voda. Straight through to cancellations.

Why do i want to leave, Expensive and no decent phones that i want.
What will i be getting. 1500min Unl txt and 1GB.
    How much £6.

He goes on to say he is the last line of customer retention and maybe able to do a good deal. After a little trying he says he cannot come close.
I then mention its a 30 day rolling contract also and he admits defeat and gives me the PAC code there and then.

I signed upto LIFE but it didnt ask for a PAC code, I phoned them and they said they do that over the phone now it causes less problems. But if i phoned them I assume i would not get the £6 uswitch price? £7.95 instead?

Said to wait for the SIM to arrive then phone them back.

    Thanks for the Tip.

you ask voda for your pac code , then you ring life "free" from your phone and give them the pac code , within 24 hrs your old number is on your life mobile sim

you will be walking around with 2 phones/sims for a day or so

Call 500 from your life mobile or 0800 0791133

Yeah, not got that far yet. Only ordered it yesterday afternoon. So the SIM wont arrive until Mon/Tuesday ish.

Just had to order it online to get the £6 price i guess. They did answer the phone quickly when i asked about the registration not asking for a PAC.

adding a PAC code is not the same as taking a (new) contract , it follows within a few days , life mobile support is great , UK call centres and helpful people

2 things I did by phone to them , was turn off my ansaphone , if I answer I am available or can ring a missed number back , and secondly set my limit to a token £1 , in case I need to ring police (101)

Initial limit appears to be £5 which should be enough for most things and no nasty bills.

Their online page doesnt give you the option of adding a PAC code though, the uswitch £6 deal can only be done online.

I will get them to disable the answerphone/voicemail whatever they call it. I have that set on Voda also. Same as you if i can answer then i will if not ring back or wait for me to ring you.
