Hahaha :rotfl: That's a bit like my DH's suggestion of claiming 5p each time I use the wombled canvas shopping bag he brought back from a tool show yesterday :p

That said, the bag would be at least 50p to buy, so I'm adding that to my total. Only thing is I'll be advertising a well-known tool manufacturer each time it's used.

    Excellent start! :T

I hope you get some work soon - it can't be easy not knowing what week you will get wages and when you'll be living on fresh air :(

Thank you. It's not easy, especially as we are both freelance and have very hit and miss work. But I always keep my chip - something will come along :p

Got a whopping penny from COS last night after a trip to Mr T. We saved 50p on their Brand Match at the till. Then this morning, a cheque arrived from InboxPounds for £20 :T

Just wombled £4 from the street!! 2x£1 and a £2 coin. It was just lying there by a row of takeaway shops. A quick 360° look around, stoop, scoop and in my pocket. I don't think I even paused my walking pace!:rotfl:
I cleaned and organised my friends fridge/freezer, and he told me to take the 3 free range eggs and half a punnet of mushrooms. The eggs work out at 90p and the mushrooms, 45p. Total womble for today....£5.35:D

Not at all. If you weren't looking for pennies etc you wouldn't find ££s

I forgot to claim the left-overs from sil's Christmas hamper. There were enough ingredients to make 3 meals for 4, so I'm claiming €20.

Yesterday I wombled a piece of raspberry cake at work, I'm claiming €2 (posh bakery). I could have wombled a posh salad, but it looked weird; the main ingredient seemed to be a large blob of phi.ladelphia with various roasted veg on top, decorated with pieces of French and Italian cheeses. Do I deduct €2 for not wombling something I could have wombled?

Ha ha no. But I think you are wise to go with your gut sometimes. Maybe it was too rich and would have given you a bad tummy. Who knows.

It's the first time I've bagged that much off the floor, and your penny is just as important! :j
