I've just met a lovely old man holidaying with his wife and friends. He produced a bag full of earrings that he makes for a hobbie. He doesn't sell them but just tells you to take as many as you want. I took 2 pair. They are lovely and I thought how kind he was. He said he gets pleasure out of making something and giving them away. It makes him happy.
Now every time I wear them, I will think of this kind old man
I think they would get £1 each at a carboot so that's what I will add...£2
If you bought them retail they would be a lot more. Lovely earringsLiving a frugal retirement without treading on the planet :T

I wombled 10 large bags full of wood to burn on my log burner on the boat the other day
while I was cutting them up a neighbor popped his head over, I got chatting and explained I owned a boat, turns out he had boats a while back and had a large leisure battery which is as good as new sitting in the shed and asked if I wanted it
I said yes straight away ( I never say no to a freebie
) I am so happy, in total everything I got would cost about £200 if I were to buy it
I'm a very happy wombler!!
