Love my S3 and it is still going strong after a reset and new battery for its second birthday!
BIL got an iPhone and 2 months later switched back to samsung.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
and my HTC One never misses a beat. Coming up for 3 years old.
nor the Desire it replaced (for vanity) which was passed on
All I ever seem to see is iphone users using phones with cracked screensBig corporations take advantage of the unwary, it's time we learned how to deal with them:dance::dance::dance:Any comments are based on personal experience and interest in consumer matters, they do not constitute advice.0 -

I don't really think they are as long as you understand the entire front face is a piece of glass. The same applies to every smartphone though.
I've only ever had one broken iPhone and that was because it went through the wash. That was a fairly costly mistake although the refurb that I got from Apple (that I'm still using) only cost £220. You won't find many manufacturers that'll sell you refurbished replacements for such a low price compared to RRP.0 -
Galaxy S2 was a massive step forward in the tech specs compared to my old Nokia N97 mini.
The S4 was better on paper, and it was after disabling all the gimmicky stuff like smart scroll. It was not smart enough.
I did have a duff battery a few months after getting it, replaced and no issues since.
Not impressed with the S6 though.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
I would be so happy if they made i-products that didnt tie you to itunes. Music is a big thing for me and I love being able to just drag and drop music files on my android - moved from iphone to android for that reason but miss a lot of other stuff on my iphone
I have got a iPhone6+ which has over 100Gb of music on it and has never been connected to iTunes.WWSD(what would Scooby Doo)0 -

Still dont need it, Download Apps through the App store app on the phone. Transfer music using Copytrans.WWSD(what would Scooby Doo)0 -

iPhone 5 user here. I've dropped my phone down solid stairs at the tube station twice within 10 seconds (I was drunk), as well as from a height, I've dropped it in the bath for about 3-4 seconds and it still works!
I don't know how it still worked after the bath incident! I did immediately turn it off and put it in a towel and didn't turn it on/charge it for a fair few hours, which could have helped! I also always have a hard case for it, I've broken a few of them!
This is the reason I'm sticking with my iPhone 5 until it breaks!
Samsung phones have never seemed that reliable. I had a HTC Android before. I didn't mind the OS but it was a cheap phone (Wildfire) so was always slow and laggy.
Annoying thing is if you switch from Andriod to iPhone (or vice versa) then you have to buy the pay for apps again! The ones you want/need anyway!0 -
