Murie that is beautiful.SPC~12 ot 124
In a world that has decided that it's going to lose its mind, be more kind my friend, try to Be More Kind0 -
Murie your craft is beautiful it will definitely look lovely when all lit up on display.
Clumsy touchwood that you don't get any side effects I know when I was on antibiotics it wasn't until three days in that I had side effects. I agree and I must say that boots star gifts at the moment are a bit too expensive. M&S have a good offer on at the moment spend over £25 and get a free micro nail electric nail polisher worth £40.00 could be a good gift if you wanted to spend £25 or over on beauty. Also on the subject of boots when I was online their Christmas page has changed from Christmas coming in September to Christmas coming soon.£2 savers club 2025 #2= £480 -
Hi all!
Sorry I really haven't been around much - with having three ops already this year, and a possible 4th its been mental. all that with a full time self employed job has been chaos!
I've tried to skim read the last gosh knows how many pages (you've all been so busy!) so hugs to everyone, apologies for missed birthdays and kicks up the rear for those who need them.
Seen as I may soon be out of action for another 2 months, I basically have to get everything in the next 3-4 weeks. We need a new tree (black, 5 feet) as ours is missing half its branches, and a lot more decs after moving from a 1 bed flat to a 3 bed mansion!
Anyone know when boots will have their stuff online? I'm going for the get it all in one shop and hopefully it will be fine this year.0 -
Murie, that's beautiful! Do you have a spot picked out for it?
Could you make your own car with a tree on? Poundland used to do Hot Wheels cars and you could use one of the bottle brush trees?0 -
Dom Ravioli have you tried Studio for your tree? I think someone said that the boots Christmas catalogue is out on Monday 3rd Oct so presumably if that the case it will go online next week also. Fingers crossed a fourth op wont be necessary (but think of all the time it will give you to plan what goes where in your new living space!)
Clumsy- fingers crossed you wont have any horrible ide effects from the antibiotics, but if you don't start to feel any better or notice an improvement soon go back to the GP x
Snorkypants- Im thinking it will go on a unit I have in a fairly dark corner of the dining room, but to be honest with this kitten around no where is going to be safe! I foresee lots of fake snow everywhere! I never thought about trying to make one of those cars! I might have a go as I have some of the bottle brush trees left.
Peppa- see I have done it!!
Mrs Money-penny- thank you xlovin' this site!

Hi, Murie, Freespirit and Pinksteps - I love your challenges. Its great to see what others are doing and get ideas. I've knitted snowmen fingerless gloves. They're adult size and now I have to figure out how to make them for my 3 year old granddaughter xxDebt free - Mortgage free - Work free ( in that order
