Painted dogs! All Christmas colours I hope.

Free xxxxxxxxxxxxxx hope you feel better soon.

Peppa yes we should be on the telly. We are like a double act.I must admit he is funny.Very quick witted and a bit sarcastic. All those years of working as a DJ.I would love to do Goggle box.It would have to be the adult version though, hardly suitable content for the family! We bicker like a couple of year 2's when were not laughing.I must say when I had cancer he just took the Michael out of me every day.We never once discussed anything serious.

Last night we had a take away curry. He picked one up out of the bag, dropped it because it was so hot.Lid came off curry up the walls,on the windows, worktop, door cupboards.Yes it's a laugh a minute at our house! All stained just in time for the Royal Visit.

S_d it,i'm off out into the garden.Oh forgot to say DD1 came and collected the car boot stuff out of my shed. She is carbooting right now.Yeay.We are going to hers later for tea.

    Have a lovey day.Vx

CHRISSYG That duvet cover is lovely where was it from? On the locket front when I had my locket I sized a photograph down on the computer printed it, and then traced the size of the locket frame around the photo and cut it out with some scissors. Then popped it in and put the protective film that came with the locket over the photo to keep it dry. I remember st the time it was very fiddly.

Free I suffer from panic attacks too don't feel guilty for taking time out and resting they really knock you for six. The Bach rescue remedies are good for panic attacks I have the black currant lozenges in the tin and carry them round with me.

Smoosh thanks for the heads up about the tkmaxx beauty deal, I will have a look online.

I have been thinking about getting a Christmas planner as my old Filofax is a bit small for the job. Hs anyone got the busy b 5 year Christmas planner, is it any good?

Brr, its windy and chilly tonight. Got my jammies and slippers on and cosy under a blanket ready to read my book.

Had a lovely weekend away with the girls. My wee one loved staying in the hotel. I took some popcorn and flavoured fizzy water, so we sat on the big bed watching X factor. Dancing went great today. Proud mum.

Looking forward to seeing your finished log cabin Feisty. Great idea.

Hope you are feeling more yourself Free. I have anxiety attacks often. Ive been very stressed with work and money worries which has set me off easily. Ive tried to do more things for me. I felt I was loosing myself and just focussing on all the bad things in my life at the moment. Small steps x

  • Evening everyone, we have been decluttering DD1s room today ready for the electrical inspection on wednesday, oh boy it was heaving but i feel so much better for it, then we smudged our house (burn some sage and waft it round the house and corners and ourselves) to get rid of negative energies. I think i will deep clean when both the kids go on holiday on friday seen as i am on my own for 9 days. My cold has really started to go now so i feel much better although i couldnt get to sleep last night, 5 hours it took to nod off  so i am tired now.

PEPPAPIG i have everything crossed for tomorrows bloods i hope the chemo can go ahead my lovely. Oh what a shame about the cath kidston christmas jumper not being how you remembered it, its always the way isnt it? I love that PINKSTEPS found it for you, we are a lovely bunch of ladies arent we :rotfl:
I am thinking about new jammies for christmas this year as well seen as the kids get new ones on christmas eve i might treat myself

SMOOSH thanks for the TKMaxx heads up

CHRISSY that is a fab price for that duvet i might have a nose for myself i think it is gorgeous. Glad you got the photos for the locket sorted, i might have a nose at the jammies at JD Williams too if there are any left, i got DD1s from there last christmas

SAMMYKAYE sorry you had a really bad panic attack the other day they really are horrible things arent they? Do you know i used to have a bottle of RR in my handbag all the time and i forgot about the last few years i will get some because it used to work a treat thankyou. HobbyCraft and places that sell cake decorating bits all have edible glitter

VULPIX omg not horrible yellow curry stains :eek: i hope you manage to get them off or can paint over them, hope you have a lovely tea with DD

TREASUREQUEEN i am going to get the Rescue Remedy, i cant believe i havent had some for years, i am sorry you suffer from panic attacks too, i dont get them often but when i do it always seems to be in the middle of the night and i wake up heart thumping and in a right state

TRIXIB34 ooh they sound nice i love little trinket boxes

NIC oh my lovely its so easy to focus on the negative things, i do it all the time until i really pull myself up about it then i start to feel so much better when i stop. Glad you and the girls had a fab weekend and they did well dancing

  • Well yesterday I decluttered the small lady of the houses room - 3 bags of rubbish/broken toys/junk in general out and a rearrange and it looks so much better and more spacious again - only problem now is I forgot I filled her bean bag bag with teddies so now she has about 25 on her bed which she seems happy with but I realise it means putting them back every day when I make the bed :mad::mad:

Roll on tomorrow when the kitchen will get started and also happy to report after a wash in the machine both sofas now look fab and clean. :D and so far most of what I have cleaned and tidied is still clean and tidy! I can only just get through the door of my bedroom but you can eat your dinner in the bathroom its that clean and sterile!

Free - Glad your feeling on the mend. I used RR and Calms tablets for years - mainly to help me go to sleep but mine are triggered for stupid stuff and much worse when I first got labyrinthitis but that and stress trigger each other so I find taking time for me and knowing my limits helps me a lot.

Chrissy - thats the one! It is a beautiful duvet. I love it.

Nic - well done to your little one. It is really starting to feel like fall/winter too.

Peppa - good luck with your chemo.

trixi - thank you for the trinket box post - I will have a look when I go into work - 3 girls to buy for so thinking I will give them one each :-)

Vulpix - I feel your pain with the curry....when I was younger me and my sister were sat in our house about to start dinner, as she set down the ketchup it slipped, rolled off the table and the pressure of it hitting the floor caused it to compress and shoot a line of ketchup out at great force along the floor up the sofa, up the wall and onto the ceiling.....it missed my mum by about a foot but is still a fond memory that we laugh about often. Hope you managed to get it cleaned. x

Im sat here sniffling at the minute - Im hoping thats not the start of something or I will be dizzy and spinning as well although it is a bit nippy this morning.....am entrusting hubby with the house a swell - hes off today and Im on a short shift 11-2.....:(

Go Peppa! fingers crossed for bloods. It will all be done by Christmas hopefully.xxxxxxxx You can really celebrate this year.xx

Haha ketchup.I can picture it.I did similar with a tub of emulsion paint. It was everywhere, including me and the dog.We had to have a new carpet.

Free so glad you are feeling better. i have only had about 3 panic attacks. The worst woke me up when i was doing exams at uni.I can see how people think it's a heart attack.
It is sooo painful. The other times Iv'e managed to tell myself it's only stress and will pass.I also had rescue remedy when we were getting married.I didn't want to spoil the day by crying.(ugly cryer me)I was sceptical but I found it worked.

Chrissy I looked on ebay at Christmas duvets.I may be tempted. But as usual i am putting everything on hold whilst the weather is nice and doing the garden.

I am getting fed up of it now.We didn't make the fence yet as the flamin wall is not finished.

DD1's house is like a home from home,my home! My ornaments, mirrors, curtains, pictures, furniture etc etc ! She is enjoying playing house.
