5 working day dispatch, so buying on the 10th could mean seller shipping as late as the 17th.

Some people are reporting delays with MyHermes at the moment- and although mine are almost all within 2 days they do show 4-5 day delivery window estimates so that is why ebay don't yet consider this late.

Seller feedback is very good- and mostly all for these sweet trees so it is probably still in transit as per the delivery estimate, it is a shame we cant see the dates on which the feedback was left though.

I don't buy from unregistered businesses and for anyone else reading this suggest that note be taken of the differences between how a business is registered. OP if this does arrive and anyone else takes it in for you or it is left- then you will have to fight to return it. If this had been a proper business you could have automatically had the right to a return. OP, if it doesn't arrive tomorrow and you don't want it after Christmas all you can do is watch out for the courier and make sure you refuse it and ensure it is not left anywhere (a sig will not be required0, once seller has tracking to your address you won't be able to win an INR.

Just gutted somebody would do this when I paid straight away and they left feedback too.

Looking at the feedback dispatch stars are good at 4.9- interestingly the 'item description' star is poor at 4.7 - so if something does arrive I would make sure you check it out thoroughly .

Hermes have delivered all my parcels within 48 hours this week, their last posting was 18th - 17th for collection.

Hopefully it will be with you tomorrow. If you had tracking I would advise giving their social media a nudge.....

I have just found the sellers email address from paypal so sent her an email as I know the ebay messages can be temperamental.

It would, but seeing as the seller is not replying to the buyers messages then something more drastic to get their attention may be called for.

As it was bought on the 10th then at the very latest it should have been dispatched was by the 18th.

Given the timeframes and lack of replies from the seller,plus the fact they are not a registered business, would make me very nervous and less likely to be patient.

Well as I expected no delivery again today and no reply to the email address listed on paypal.

I have opened a case, it will probably turn up after Christmas when I have absolutely no use for it

Will have to give my mum some money to get herself something in the sales and hopefully get a refund from paypal.
