no 102 with an extra £155 for Oct and £1269 for Oct please. Rather excitingly this means we have paid over 50% of the mortgage and it's all downhill from here - woohoo :j :j :j :j :j0

I've been very poor at updating but I have been OP'ing!

However we exchanged contracts on our new home on Friday so later this month I will have a whopper of a mortgage - so will definitely be back for the 2017 thread.

MFW No.148 reporting in with an OP of £400 for November.
I have now achieved my original target of £4250 so would like to up it to £4800 as I am hopeful I can achieve this with a final payment in December.
