Thanks for asking Buffy. Whilst I haven't abandoned the forum (crazycatlady and alex are keeping me gripped), I have pretty much called time on any postings of mine. I've come to the conclusion I can't multi-task whatsoever - I was juggling my family responsibilities, my new job, extreme weight loss and massive money saving and I wasn't really making much of an impression in any of those fields. For now, trying my best to be a good Dad and Husband, and keeping my head together at work are the two priorities and it seems to be working well.2011: 301k in debt and morbidly obese (DFW)

Hi MrBloater
I've followed all your threads but I haven't posted in any since the first one (I think). Sounds to me like the priorities you have chosen are the ones that really matter .... but ....
*Warning, tough love coming up*
While I understand completely feeling a bit overwhelmed by trying to do too much at once, I really worry that you run the risk of sleepwalking into the debt situation you were in before.
Please, please, please at least make sure you have a budget that you are sticking to so you are not adding to your debt - even if you put off debt-busting for a little while.
Good luck.
