Glad to see you back on here Mr B and glad that I am not the only one whose debt and waist size seem to have expanded greatly. I have more debt, but less weight to shift. Good luck with the phone!

New job is good. Real culture shock and it is taking longer to get used to than I thought it would. Debt-busting / Weight loss are both going nowhere at the moment - hence the lack of action on this diary. Am trying to keep motivated by reading other peoples but have precious little of interest to add to my own. Other than that, life's a gas.

iPhone did indeed survive and works perfectly now. Had completely forgotten about my fix for it - DD is none the wiser as it had thawed out before she woke up that day.

Yay for resurrection of the iPhone! Can't fix it all in a day. Get to grips with your new job and see how to go forward on pay day :) you know how this works by now. It's not an overnight fix but you have started making the changes im sure x

  • Happy to hear of the survival of the iPhone...and the survival of you as a result! :D

As for the weightloss & debtbusting - maybe while you're still finding your feet with the new job etc just look at making sure that stuff doesn't get any worse if it doesn't get any better either?
