If thiis were true every buyer who changed their mind wouldn't collect. Selerlrs would find it too expensive and Ebay would collapse.
Ebay advises http://pages.ebay.co.uk/clickandcollect/ Your parcel will be held in-store for up to 7 days from when we notify you.
If you can’t collect your parcel within this time, it will be returned to the seller and you’ll receive a refund.
It does not specify any refund of postage.
A refund, ie the payment orignally made. Seller can try withholding the postage element, but buyer only has to open an INR to get that back regardless.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Out of curiosity - I thought ebay and paypal were now separate companies. So when a buyer notifies on ebay - item not received yet - when refunding - I noticed in my paypal account that the amount was "pending" from my total. To me this means that they are obviously not separate, as how else would they know that buyer had an issue with item?Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190

Looks like in Ebay eyes - I have:mad:
I posted to Argos as requested. Buyer was either - not contacted/informed parcel was ready for collection or buyer didn't bother to pick up/collect. Opened - not received case. I refunded in full - including postage.
And I now have a "hit" on my account for "item not received" :mad:which affects my percentages.
I think this is totally unfair:(:( and let it be a warning to anyone else using Argos as a collection point.

I send tracked - so apologies - I can't answer how the seller sees it is scanned if not sent tracked. But if your item is scanned at Argos you aren't held responsible for INR, despite a non collection.0 -
You didnt, just one of those things and you could have had the same issue with any of the courier companies.
Stick the buyer on your blocked list and move on.
Its little things like this that some business sellers fail to add into their potential losses when working out how much to sell and make a profit.
I ordered 5 items, 1 was faulty. Seller offered me 60p back and basically cried that they were losing money. Dont send out faulty items... But why should I be out of pocket?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Eh ? I'll let business sellers worry about their profit and loss.:p I'm talking about my seller dashboard, just because i'm not a business doesn't mean it doesn't matter to me.
