    Merry Christmas everyone!

I'm so sorry not to have kept up with Fred this week; I ran out of time again. I wanted to thank everyone for the lovely, lovely cards which were extra special and much appreciated because I know how busy everyone is. Thank you all. We've been so rushed off our feet this morning we haven't had time to open a single present here, not even my secret santa one, so I'm looking forward to that when things are a bit calmer tomorrow.

Kazmeister, you really shouldn't have, but the luck wasn't with me, sadly; maybe next time.

Valli, I didn't send you one because I know you don't do the Flylady Christmas card swap, but you were very much in my mind while I was writing them. (((Hugs))) for you and your gorgeous daughter, with a chap-like slap on the back for you son, which I hope is blokey enough for him to feel included but not suffocated.

I hope all Flyladies manage to have some calm and quiet time to themselves later after all their hard work. Love you all.
    Better is good enough.

That's amazing - you really have a talent there :D

Thanks Kaz - but not a winner here.

And thanks a million for my lovely wrap from my secret fly Santa. I'll be wearing it the morrow when we go to see my DSD and grand sprogs.

I'm off to the kitchen for an hour before the Queen to get all the dinner prepped. We're eating at about 6.30.

Hope you all have a fantastic day

Dinner scoffed and babes have gone to bed for an hour with granny. In fact, there is only me and FIL not in bed! Was an early start...

I will get him a beer, stack the DW then do some colouring :D

  • Happy Christmas my dear flylady friends. Love and good wishes to every one of you.

Presents opened, dinner eaten, dw on, kitchen made presentable. Its been a very relaxed chilled out day so far. Have visited MIL and spoken to other family on the phone. No arguments or dramas here, but there is time yet!

Nicki your window is amazing. So glad you shared the pic.

Hope everyone enjoys the rest of the day.

Happy Christmas everyone, and thank you for my lovely 'Clangers' mug - of all the rodents we have in our house, that is the most welcome one! Particularly appropriate as an old mug broke this morning.

    Eaten too much.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.
  • A big thank you to my Secret Santa for my wise old owl hottie. A very thoughtful present as I am covered in bruises from the injections. We have had all.the family here for a lovely lunch.

DD2 and her OH are fast asleep on the sofa - so sweet - the are heading off to.his family party soon. It has been lovely to see them...
