Why didn't you pay your debt on time then?0

Is it a late payment marker or a default?0

9 days late wouldn't be treated as a formal ARP just sounds like a late payment.0

Is what they recorded factually accurate? Could you have paid on time and thus avoided them reporting the situation?0

Why are you trying to hide the truth from lenders?0

This has happened to me, although not with a catalogue account. It was removed because they didn't inform me properly that the (short) arrangement would have a detrimental affect on my file. It's worth a polite phone call.0

Presumably you agreed to the Terms and Conditions when you signed up with them.
Did you read them? In particular the section entitled Data Protection?"Facism arrives as your friend. It will restore your honour, make you feel proud, protect your house, give you a job, clean up the neighbourhood, remind you of how great you once were, clear out the venal and the corrupt, remove anything you feel is unlike you... [it] doesn't walk in saying, "our programme means militias, mass imprisonments, transportations, war and persecution."0 -
