When I go into wallet, I can see my rewards, I click one and a pop up window comes up with redemption code, dates and T&C's, there's no "next page", or an option to cancel?

I just had another look and under the redemption code is the date it has to be used by and under that I have " cancel reward "

I don't have any option to cancel , how strange! I think you can email CS and ask them to cancel the reward.

What reward is it you are trying to cancel? Last year I did not use the Foundation Room, and it did not have a cancel button (I am only pc based). I had to email support and they sorted it out for me.

One for $25 free play. I didn't realise you have to have booked a 2 night stay at the hotel in question.

I have a few other rewards purchased as well though, and can't see a cancel option next to any of them!

Just had a look on my iPad at my rewards.As soon as I touch into the reward it has a cancel reward option written in blue directly below the use by date.
