Evening all,
Still not had chance to catch up on all the posts since Friday but once the kids are in bed tonight, I'm looking forward to catching up with all the news and putting my feet up for a bit!
Todays small things are
* Washed 2 loads on quick 30 degree wash & put on heaters ready for them going on in the morning.
* Went to the gym, filled water there and made the most of my membership
* Helped my dad again with cutting plinths etc after laying the laminate flooring round at the tenants
* Tea tonight for the kids was some leftover casserole & dumplings and some chicken wings that hubby had had in whilst we were away (put the chicken bones in a bag in the freezer ready to make a stock)
* Checked banking/spreadsheets
* Rearranged catch up with a friend from tomorrow to Thursday so I can continue helping out my dad
* Checked lucky phone
Not much else that I can think of now.....
Still need to make lunches for tomorrow0 -
Hi everyone :santa2:
Firstly big thanks for listening to my grumblings yesterday. Candy and Foxgloves – thanks for your words of wisdom you inspiring women you!!
Choccie Lover – yes, I’ve used just normal polish with the clear gel topcoat before and it works pretty well. Lasts longer than polish but not as long as all gel IYSWIM.
Big love to everyone else. :grouphug:
Here’s me:- Brekkie in work – free milk
- Team lunch out – 20% discount because it’s a Tuesday (randomly) and already paid £10 deposit so spreading the cost
3 course meal for £8 inc. a glass of wine! - Bought 12m wrapping paper rather than the 5m wrapping paper that was the same price!
- Updated YNAB

- Pick up the £3 survey in my inbox :T
- Transfer survey money from pay pal a/c to current a/c (£39 :T)
- B00ts view point survey
- Prep for workshop I’m running – just to write a bit of blurb for studio’s newsletter
- Get B00ts points added to adv. card – will do tomorrow but can’t forget as it’s already been 41 days and you only get 45 days to do it!
Phew, glad I've got till Saturday to do my 2nd class Christmas cards!
Have a good evening y'all!

:hello:
Checking in before a relaxing hour of Luther and knitting.
I'm starting to feel like I'm winning - but gawd I am nowhere near starting to write Christmas cards. I'm pleased that I have until Saturday for second class - hopefully I can get some done at some point on Thursday.
Sorry Ally about your lack of tax code. How utterly frustrating.crazy_cat_lady wrote: »

Morning everyone. Time to post this morning as I've booked a days holiday :j
Today I have:
Go for a run - done already - went whilst everyone was in bed
Check banking, pay money from customer to CC, profit will be my PAD for today
Visit 3 friends and drop gifts and cards off
Wrap last few gifts
Contact BG and ask for my £2.32 that my account was in credit when it closed :rotfl: having said that will go on CC when I get it
Meal plan for between now and Christmas
Try and work out best way to track my business spend on CC - I buy the goods and then pay it off when customer pays so i don't want to add it to my debt amount as it goes in a week, but when I overpay it doesn't add up on my spreadsheet. Also if I put it on and take it off when I pay, it increases my debt amount and messes up my % paid.
Joing the Christmas card writing race :rotfl: I've only got a couple to post but have no motivation to do it
Enjoy your day everyone.
Struggle to update my list from my pad, so will have to write it underneath
Think I will clear a CC to zero and then just use that for orders, will then pay of cost of goods to that card and then profit to PAD to cc with balance on, can keep a separate log
Done banking, delivered gifts and got some in return
Wrapped presents I need for tomorrow, last few will have to wait
One card written to deliver today - rest tomorrow
Resist watching Luther until DH and I can watch together, he's already in bed as on earlies tomorrow.
Hope everyone ok

A quick update on the Vodafone saga. After being told definitely on Saturday that they had payment, I called today to find out that it had bounced again. When they were going to consider telling me about all the missed payments is beyond me. Told them to resubmit the direct debit and checked all the details... We'll see what happens. Seriously miffed, I mean how difficult can it be?!
