Someone Stole my Caption...and Won!

Hi everyone Not sure if you can help me but I just saw that someone has won £500 of Daily Mirror prizes...using the caption that I wrote first, word for word! I'm guessing looking at the Ts and Cs I don't have any recourse but I'm so upset! Has this ever happened to anyone else?

That's why entering near the end is an advantage - other people have less chance to "adapt" a caption and more will have already entered as well.

(That's what I do since someone "borrowed" one of mine)
