Have you ever known a solicitor talk their way out of money?

If they won't take your case on they probably know it's a no-go.left the forum due to trolling/other nonsense

LOL nope!Have you ever known a solicitor talk their way out of money?
First lot from Landan are still waiting for GP letter to get on,If they won't take your case on they probably know it's a no-go.
Second lot, kinda pulled out, due to the fact of them having understood known issues to be so long and as if one or three year term gets missed in accordance to treatment "accident" rules. Doesn't say either that case is no go...
Shame, as none are quite as fully on-board yet either.
Got to wait, for the appointment etc, but cant wait with case or willing for treatment- thats the question

If you can afford solicitors why not just pay to have whatever procedure you think you need carried out privately?0

Certainly can not! (afford)Lanzarote1938 wrote: »If you can afford solicitors why not just pay to have whatever procedure you think you need carried out privately?0 -

Thats is the pickle, I can not afford none and the ones, that are taking interest are the ones, that are in believe in "wrapping" it on a quick ACCIDENT turn around basis, as "pro bono"...:(Lanzarote1938 wrote: »So how can you afford legal action? It is very expensive.0 -
Damn and blast!
its been awhile now, spoke to very many, including a new gastro specialist and by the sounds of it majority where right, that I will not get anywhere from legal perspective and as it does appear from medical perspective either
Although consultant was questioning general benefit of surgical intervention, it seems that requirements for such are not met!
On a positive note- got advised not to be taking them horrid medicines it is at least less often "bad days", but when problems start- gets really bad, dare I say- losing will to live
Weirder still- next overview appointment made for the 1'st of JULY, whilst last scan- recommendation where critical to be taking drugs immediately, due to inners changing....
oh "joy"!
Unbelievable, but the best I could think off now, is to start playing lottery and get private treatment.
Thank you all for input and ideas!;)0 -

So... I assume you will now be apologising to staff at your local hospital for your assertion that:
" I have has been grossly ignored and neglected by "specialists" at RSCH"0 -
At least you have the humility to come back and post, not many posters would do so.0
