Hello
And let me start, by saying, I have come to the very hard decision to seek legal help, as in medical terms condition, that I have has been grossly ignored and neglected by "specialists" at RSCH. It has been 7 years now, I have been suffering and almost two years, since I demanded quite simple procedure to sort it out (hopefully or at least the main part, that causes the other symptoms)), but it seems they absolutely have no care for the health condition or any will to treat me, only passing me around, keep on doing tests, reply only once I have demands repeated via GP.
Last tests where done in beginning of October and I have stated absolutely clearly- "I didn't know why" , as condition is the same as it was, so are symptoms, but promised "specialist" never came back with no letters or suggestion, I have found "concerning findings" results via GP and was put on more different medication, but no treatment, no contact, no suggestion or response to the question of procedure of other suggestions for treatment.
I believe it is typical negligence, lack of care, waste of funds in tests and appointments, also debilitating and dangerous progression in my condition.
Business part:
I know there are loads "no win, no fee" solicitors, I do, however would love one, with some integrity, somewhere I could go to explain in person, who would be trust worthy.
Would anybody have any recommendations for such solicitor (firm) near by?
BTW I live near Guildford
Many thanks!

There is an expectation that you follow the internal complaints procedure first.
Do the clinicians agree that the treatment you "demanded" is suitable for you? If it is simple, is going private not an option?0 -
What are you actually accusing them of? You've received care, medication, advice. Not being given a diagnosis or surgery doesn't constitute negligence. You'll have to be a lot more precise if you want answers.0

answers are:
indeed, apart from talking to "Dr friend" about it and saying and demanding so to RSCH "specialist"- how else, I could get specialists confirmation of required and beneficial to relieve symptoms treatment?...
Private, no, can't afford it, but considering how long I've suffered, even to relieve symptoms partially- certainly would have been worth it.
To be honest, it has been clear, the situation about main cause of the problem and minor dysfunction post minor injury to me only in the last couple of years, once all of whats been clear and know has been reviewed by friend Dr, but heck "specialists" protecting their untouchable knowledge and superiority" over the issue, hence I am seriously considering to make them to accept such facts and failures...0 -

(banter like response, to your insightful question

(rather simple operation, known in medical circles as more or less any doctors, that was suggested by friend (doctor) and told by me to the RSCH "specialist" doctor.
If it will benefit or not?- it should! as it is obvious way, as how imbalance happens...)

You posts are very confusing....
So for seven years you have been demanding a simple operation, after all tests and medication your specialist hasn't referred you for the requested op?
Is the above close??0 -

And so, I had no less, than 10 scans, tests, consultations, redirections to different tests etc, all relating to the symptoms and issues of the kind, that only
Two years ago, by talking to a (different area specialist) doctor- friend, it become clear, that small abnormality is main cause, where treatment for is not that difficult operation- procedure at all.0
