I'm sure that no one can say with total certainty Delta but a lot of these glitches are just one day wonders:oTo do is to be. Rousseau

Following on from the changes we have seen with other supermarkets, it is inevitable that A will reduce their offering or go for something totally different......there has to be a strong possibility that we may lose our 10%:o
In view of this I will be stockpiling loads of long dated stuff when I can. The Baxters soup have a 2018 date and if the pasta had worked I would have gone for that too....even though we have lots of Barilla....dried pasta usually has a couple of years on it.
I know some peeps don't like to stash stuff but just thought I'd mention it......what are other people thinking?
I agree with the change, have pasta, sauces, tea bags, coffee, kitchen roll, bog roll, foil, tins of things, washing stuff, washing up liquid, softener for at least 12 months:o apg made me be able to work part time:eek:
Edit i dont agree with the change but think we will have a changeSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -
Thanks for your reply. But the way I'm thinking is
2x Fray Bentos Chicken & Bacon Pie (425G) £4.38 £3.00
is A vs T. So should be 2 for £3 in A but the APG is not showing the multi buy but T is showing a multi buy, even though its not on MSM. So wondering how much this works out each pie. Someone mentioned 24p each earlier :eek:
I think I have my head round this multi buy thing and then I still get in a muddle
:o:o
im home now so its probably been answered, on that comp you would get back £1.68 so you pay £3 - £1.68 = £1.32 for 2 = 66p each. if im wrong dont worry, ill be corrected very soon

How would they compete with the others doing conditional spends ? These are usually at least 10% with 20% appearing to be the upper limit.
Instant maybe but not scrapping.0 -

A have offered conditional spends in the past too....didn't we have a spate of £5 wys £40 a couple of years back?
Perhaps they will just look at branded goods......who knows......but they must realise that they are being unnecessarily generous in comparison to the rest.To do is to be. Rousseau

I think most on here do like to stash!
If you have the room, money and most importantly are going to use said items and not let them go to waste, then go for it...
I vowed last year to accumulate cash rather than goods and run down my stocks, I'm not a big one for APG anyway and prefer RTC and whoopsies, I still have a freezer full and haven't bought any laundry or cleaning stuff for donkeys, didn't buy any toiletries either last year apart from one dove glitch that the mrs likes but as with everything each to their own
