This morning they said that if the money does not go in before 5 today to contact again - I assume that means that the day time twitter team are going home at that time so I can then bother the evening shift instead

Just going to check my spam account - on sky emails you need to log onto the main website to see your spam - although I doubt if any messages have gone there

Unfortunately I didn't get round to buying any ... .

i got my refund very quickly. so go and bother them.

mhoc, I bought the amazon voucher on 15/12, and the £25 credit went onto my nationwide account on 16/12.....not so lucky with the shop small promo....none of my credits have gone on at all....same thing happened last year, so will have to wait 8 weeks before I can enquire....the things we do to save a few bob!

I got 6 of the 50+, paid £4.89, don't know where that odd penny came from but very good value at 81p a pack.

its very annoying isn't it.

The small shops one 2 of mine went on straight away but the other one seemed to lag so I rang them. They noted it down and said the smaller places do take a while but if it was not through in 8 weeks then they would look at it again.
Checked the account today and it seems to have gone through the day after so I wonder if they gave me a nudge.

how many credits are you waiting on now?

I have quite a bad feeling about this, I am getting no response from Nationwide rewards and it feels like I am being fobbed off - but its £25 so its not an insignificant amount so I will keep nagging at them

this months bill went through today and it was another gob snacking one so another £25 off would have been good ..
