Apologies if this has already been posted, just thinking over ways we can take advantage of the 25% off wine at T at the mo.

I am not a big wine drinker (yes, really..:rotfl:), so I like to have a few small bottles handy in case an occasional guest wants one, or I need a break from Cidre and voddie..:D

Can't see why this won't work. Find any small 187ml bottles in the 4 for £5 offer in A and buy them in T. The bottles below are £1.75 each in T so buy in fours to get the A price of £5. Take off the 25% which is about 44p per bottle, meaning the bottles should cost approx. 81p each.

Must buy at least 6 bottles of wine and lots of fillers.

Just want to say before anyone goes and tries these that I'm pretty sure they're excluded from the 25% off :( They used to work but Ts made the offer on bottles £4 and over a while back. If you look on t.com the 25% offer doesn't show on these either.
It does work on bottles that are under £4 if they're RTC though. HTH

Sorry sfsb but I tried this yesterday, thinking I would have something good to post on here, and ended up handing them back for a refund. The BM came off, but not the 25%. :(
When I queried it the sa showed me the small print, and the 187ml bottles are exempt from the offer. It's the 750ml bottles only. She also explained that due to the governments new rules, no bottles originally priced below £4 will trigger the discount.

I would call that a step, he never seems to get near the branch.
