Found out I had left my mobile at mumsso sorted Poppy out and about turn to go get it.
Gets there and mum says why didn't I ring her truthfully told her I couldn't landline phone broke , Pay & Go phone kaput .
Plus I wanted phone mum not like me and would have turned it off til I picked it up she would have looked on it and that bugs me.
Got home and coat was dripping so its in washer will be dryer when it comes out and should have dried for tomorrow.
Was making dinner jacket with beans andI opened beans and have cut my thumb and its now sore
So I am hoping today gets better surely it cant get any worse :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Apologies if this has already been posted, just thinking over ways we can take advantage of the 25% off wine at T at the mo.
I am not a big wine drinker (yes, really..:rotfl:), so I like to have a few small bottles handy in case an occasional guest wants one, or I need a break from Cidre and voddie..:D
Can't see why this won't work. Find any small 187ml bottles in the 4 for £5 offer in A and buy them in T. The bottles below are £1.75 each in T so buy in fours to get the A price of £5. Take off the 25% which is about 44p per bottle, meaning the bottles should cost approx. 81p each.
Must buy at least 6 bottles of wine and lots of fillers.0 -
Another grammar school girl here...indoor and outdoor shoes with heel height specifications. We had to kneel down and have our skirts measured to check they confirmed to regulations for length. Velour hats to be worn at all times when out amongst the public.....those were the days !!!
We had to do that too :rotfl: And they inspected our finger nails to make sure they were short.0 -

Yes you may ask why the cereal comp isn't being posted..
I tried everyday last week to get onto the Dorset cereal comp and it wouldn't open . No one said anything but I tried on 3 different browsers Edge , Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and thought it had finished so deleted it. If its still working and someone sends me link I will re add it for tomorrow
