    I didn’t receive a discount at the till due a technical issue?
    On rare occasions we might experience a temporary technical error, which means we can’t instantly deduct the difference before you pay between the total price of your Branded Basket and the cheapest of Asda, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s. If this happens, please contact Customer Services on 0800 50 5555 with your receipt details

    Just tried that , after 10 minutes trying to explain I gave up.
    It's like talking to a 2 year old :eek::eek:
    I have had the same problem no b.m, when I rang they said not enough items on receipt told them I had 14 different items they insisted 10 had to be branded items. He then told me to go back to the store ???
    I also could not top up my mobile or buy any gift cards.

    I would see this £30 limit as a challenge to get the most impressive biggest collection of things for £30 eg- Harrods £15 bag plus contents :D

    Fab idea!
    I bought the MIL a beautiful tea towel set for chrimbo one year from Harrods. After opening it she walked in the kitchen with them and promptly used one to clean the kitchen counter that was covered in tea. The thing was brown by the time she finished. I wanted to bang my head against the door lol

    It shows as an error on the website , but I tried an old receipt and that is working so looks like I am going to have to chase it as I bought 2 x Cathedral city , wish I hadn't bothered now.

    Saxone shoes
    Martins Bank
    Athena
    Liptons
    Laskys

    Umm I haven't heard of Martins Bank or Laskys

    When Athena came to town it was a bit too modern and only lasted a couple of years

    Yes, remember it well,also Owen Owens and Lewises store. Haha, bet you dont remember Bon Marche - not the little ladies store of today, it was a posh department store on Church Street next to George Henry Lees,
